Picnic

Made a reservation and came here in specific for Omakase and got a shock to see a queue snaking all the way to the front! The wait was estimated to be over 1 hour! And that's just to make the order! Sorry, but that's unacceptable for any restaurant. Not coming back.

We had the impossible burgers which were unfortunately thin, hard and dry although the bread and sauce were delicious. For the amount we paid we expected more from the burger especially given all the hype! Location was pleasant and service was commendable but the meal was disappointing.

Food was served quite fast as there was not much lunch crowd.

The restaurant is super pretty! The two dishes we got from the rosti store were quite yummy, but the food in general seems rather overpriced. It wasn't too crowded when we visited on a weekend.

We were excited to have the Omakase Burger, we chose the works. It's delicious but so juicy we had an accident! We noticed another table next to us had the same problem. Not sure this is a complaint but merely feedback. Thank you

Not too bad, not as much people as expected so there were plenty of seats.

It was a Friday night and there was a live music performance. It was a nice change. However, in my opinion, the pricing for the various dishes is steep. May return for special occasion.

nice ambience with a kid play area. I was directed quickly to the table and it's a marche like style of restuarant. the waiting time for food is still reasonable. but I do hope to see more variety of food if possible and the roasted chicken was sold out at around 1plus to 2pm. that's too early.

The staff at door entrance was not v friendly n helpful. First impression count! Need somebody who is warm, friendly n welcoming to be at the door entrance. Food was rather expensive in terms of portion. Cleanliness can b further improve especially there’s play area for kids.

Recommend for families with children as it is a kid friendly environment.

I am here again for the Omakase Burger. I was not assigned a table though I had made a reservation, probably because I am alone. It's not difficult to find a table even though it's crowded (compared to my last visit).

Waitress so fast to clear our table, we haven't finished eating but went to clear right away and was rude making noises with the plates and cutleries, as if she is annoyed with us customers. it was barely 9pm when we were there not even closing time yet. Will not go back again

food selection not much. taste okay. a bit pricey. staff wasn't friendly, atmosphere deadly, did not bothered to shows or guide even with reservation. not even a bday wish from Picnic even though remarked during reservation it was a celebration, place not crowded.
