The restaurant's food was mediocre and could be done better. E.g the portion could be bigger and has more room for improvement in terms of quality of the food. The environment was fun with the dogs.

Ambience was amazing, was allowed to be sitted at the 2nd floor because my dog was rather reactive. Staff ensured that requests were taken into account. Food was equally good as well. However, it would have been better to have spoons provided for our duckin' good and fish and chips. Other than that, everything else was amazing. Food tasted good and the environment was super comfortable. Would definitely return again!

Brought my dogs there to mingle around for a few times and got to know many dog lovers there. My dogs are overly friendly and energetic, big in size but doesn't know their strength (as they are less than a year old).

Food was decent and not too expensive. Good place to spend over the weekend for a meal with friends and just to chill for the day

The place is filled with happy people even though they are working very hard through the lunch crowd. This creates a friendly and cosy atmosphere that my friends and me enjoy a lot. For a dog café, it is relatively clean and fur-free which is important to ensure that everyone stays healthy. Please consider expanding though!!!

Excellent restaurant for pet dog owners who can dine with the pet dogs. Good place to mingle / socialize with other dogs. Will definitely revisit.

The staff were friendly and fast to recommend their favourites. The food were great - flavorful and the portion was just right. It will be better if there are more selections on the menu though

I like the environment of the cafe. , cosy feeling. The staffs were very friendly. The service provided by the staffs were very good too.

PawsnPans is lovely as always especially after they brought in dogs from charities so we can interact with the them plus spread the words. Only problem is the food is not very nice sometimes (can be quite salty) and limited options on the menu. Besides that, everything is great!

Loved the sesame chicken wings and the kind hospitality. Very happy that there is a place such as this nearby where we can dine and have our puppy with us too. Will be back soon!

Good place. Room for dogs can be bigger. Fish and chips has a fishy smell, can be better. However, service crew is nice and good

Cafe floor filthy, full of fur. Fresh water not offered to pup. One miserable water dispenser with murky water. Extremely hot day but only switched on 1 aircon unit. Two service staff were using mobile phones the whole time and was uninterested in our wellbeing. Will never return and will tell people not to patronise either. Horrible.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly also the coffee is very nice, Me and my dog had a great time and will visit again soon

Very nice place with very friendly staffs! Serve nice foods to our furkids!!! Also have a very nice play area for furkids on the second level!!! Highly recommended if u want ur furkids to enjoy their day!!

The service was good and places was clean and pretty spacious for the dogs to interact. However the portion of the food is a little small.

Great place for the fur kids and humans to gather.. Menu didn't seem to have added more things.. Can be improve. Price as well, more variety with cheaper price will be nice.

Environment is okay , friendly staff , just that smaller portion of food for dogs and can be pricey. Not suitable for big dogs .

The place is spacious and the staff is friendly and approachable. The food is pretty good and most importantly, our pup enjoy herself alot. Thanks to the team!

The place is very good. The play ground is very nice but perhaps need to make it lower and smaller for smaller size dogs. Overall is good

Nice place for furkids as they have a playground area on level 2. Good food for humans as well! Only thing is parking location around that area isn't that easy that's all.

It was a very chilling environment and the place is clean filled with mint smell. with Friendly staffs being so accommodative :) willing to bring my fur baby again.

place was crowded. servers are very courteous. reservations recommended for sure. but i do note alot of furs on the table and sofas. We used a tissue to wipe the table and it's black. Probably need to increase cleanliness.

Staff were great! Doggy food fab, much better than human food 😬 Would recommend higher tables to prevent dogs jumping up and maybe window blinds to shield from sun - upstairs? But, overall fun day had by all and will def be returning 🐕🐶🐾 soon!

Shortage of chairs on level 2. Food and drinks are reasonable. If there's hot meals served, patron can stay longer at the cafe. Pee tray needs to be bigger.

Very spacious and fun. Could have slightly more tables at the 2nd floor. It would be great if there were main course. Looking forward to our next visit.
