Great food and ambience. Not too salty which is great. At the same time there was a wine promotion. The staff were knowledgeable and only served main course after we finished our starters.

The vday menu was a bit confusing, many couple also thought it was a set menu and not a sharing menu. However, despite the confusion, the service provided was great. The environment and layout was good. Food was decent and within my expectation. May consider returning again.

An overall good experience, fresh products, just a bit disappointed by the pastry not as good as the ingredients (fresh tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms & ham), good by the glass red Italian wine.

We used the Groupon voucher and though there wasn't any fine print for us to take note on, we wanted to order a marinara pizza as well as some wines. The staff told us that this voucher cannot be used for seafood, salmon and other expensive items, as well as alcohol. We were shocked as the Groupon voucher did not state all these terms and conditions. We were very disappointed at that point of time. Also, one of the items (beef tenderloin) was not available which added to more disappointments. In the end, the kitchen staff told us that this voucher can be used for seafood items, but still not for alcohol. It was pretty confusing and the service was also not professional enough for a fine dining restaurant. Pizza was good but I guess we won't go there a second time due to the unprofessional service.

A nice cosy restaurant with nice serving stuff. The wine was good. Food wise, average. Price wise, a bit on the high side. But overall experience is still good.

Great atmosphere, the best Italian ravioli in Biopolis, pizza was good too. Kitchen was a bit slow when the house have been fully booked. It took more than 30 minutes to get our food served. Waiter and waitress could have smiled more and serve with more attention.

Good food but some were a bit bland in my opinion. But nice atmosphere and helpful staffs...wish the portion is larger. Great for family or friends gathering.

I made reservations for PastAmore just based on online reviews so didn't really know what to expect. After some initial confusion, we managed to find the place (at Rochester Mall, if you can find Pies and Coffee, the restaurant is an adjacent building right behind it.). The layout is the restaurant was interesting. The food was too. Having tried Italian food in a number of places, I found the food here delightfully refreshing. I had bruschetta. lobster soup and lasagna. The bruschetta tasted fresh. The lobster soup looked a little like miso but smelt like seafood. There were no chunks of lobster in it - I guess they had blended it up into a paste or something. As for the lasagna, it was not drenched with tomato sauce but had just enough to keep it moist. The one word I would describe the taste of all we ate was "home-cooked". This is how I'd imagine the food would taste if I'd been invited to an Italian home. Deliziosa!

Excellent gnocchi and pizza! I'm always on the lookout for gnocchi and I recommend the one here. I loved the tagliata that was cooked perfectly to my liking. I'd avoid the pannacotta though. That was not the best.

Small restaurant with friendly atmosphere. Ordered the Friday promotion: 3 glasses of beer at the price of 2.

Went there on Sunday, 9pm. Place was not crowded. Experienced prompt service.

The best italian food in town and nice people the staff and the chef/owner .I have tried a lot of food from pasta to pizza and the steak was excelent .The prices was good too very affordable .I recommend this place to everyone.

Great Italian food in a quiet corner of Rochester with superb service. They have a really unique panna cotta made of almond milk! Some great stuff!

Delicious food in pleasant surroundings. Indoors is very cold, however, and outside they could do with some fans! Our three children loved the pizzas (although there is no kids' menu).

Very nice services and tastily food served by Native Italian. Highly recommended for group meal . There is a set Lunch for lunch menu as well. Enjoy !
