Ottoman Kebab & Grill

The soup of the day - Mushroom soup is a bit watery and bland however the rest of the dish we order was quite nice especially Pide Chicken.

Food was good. Up to expectations. Was rather warm in the restaurant. And my request for a corner table was turned down even though it unoccupied later on.

Service was a little slow but food was very generous and well cooked.

Food is great though slightly pricey. Not too packed despite lunch hour. Service can be improved by highlighting that our main comes with the bread, so that we do not order the bread for appetizers hummus. Portion is big so recommend to group share.

Restaurant did not have our reservations. Service is terrible . Staff looked lost and did not even clear our plates each time we emptied our plates ( we were a party of 8). We had to constantlt ask for empty plates , cutlery etc . Food quality has dropped significantly since Chef Ali left and as usual they always have a choice of only 2 types of meats each time .

Authentic and excellent Turkish food. No choice is a wrong choice. The location and ambience was great. Service was good with room for improvement. Value for money. Best Turkish food in the eastern part of Singapore.

Enjoyed the food but the prawns used were those frozen crunchy type that doesnt taste like prawns... that brings the quality of food down. Some desserts that i wanted were not available.. I wish there was more space to move between tables. Hence not so handicap- friendly.

This is the 5th time I am dining by here .... Food taste and presentation is good but service is quite poor ... Its not they are rude but quite slow, inattentive ... That needs to change

Even though we got our seats eventually, we had thought that by reservation, seats would have been ready for us when we arrived; We had to wait for the table to be cleared first before being led to kur seats. Reservations and walk-ins were no different in my view in this instance.

Always love this place. good food at extremely affordable prices. would highly recommend anyone who has a craving for Turkish food. Quiet and nice restaurant ambience too.

The food was good only thing is not very hot.

Excellent food, attentive service and a relaxed atmosphere makes Ottoman's a great place for family gatherings, casual dates and meeting up with friends. The kebab choices are generally solid. We did not try any of the stews but will do so on a return visit. The appertisers are generally tasty. Order your mains with rice and pita, and save on needing to order pita separately. The portions here are generous so come with a good appetite!

From a wide variety to choose from, it is definitely a go to food place with you family if you want to try something different than local delicacies. Staff were very prompt as well.

Pretty solid Turkish food and the kunefe is very enjoyable

I have been to the Ottoman Grill a few times and the food is always fresh and nicely presented. The service can be improved as tge staff were very slow the last time I was there.
