It was a pleasant surprise as we have not tried most of the dishes before. However food from nanjing are more oily. Hence it is interesting to try but I will not want to eat too much of it. We were earlier than appointment time which they could not find our reservation but we were allowed entry so it was good.

Will go again and bring more friends. Food is authentic Nanjing

Few items we ordered were a bit salty. Didn't like the steamed duck. Very salty, tough and gamey.

Service is good. price is reasonable. Only that the hard and no back support stools are not suitable for older persons.

Service was very good. Salted duck, Mdm Soon Porridge were our favorites. The braised pork trotters was a disappointment as they were mostly bones. Very little edible meat.

They could have given me a bigger table, they did not. Yet there were so many empty bigger tables around. My dining at 1:45pm. So it tells the story itself.

Suggest that the food is served from one side of the customer. There was an instance where food from served from both sides of my friend she almost knocked down the dishes while trying to make way for one side.

First visit! And it was good, googled and sampled some popular dishes. The lionhead meatball was a favourite but definitely a lot bigger in size than expected! I think it can feed 3-4pax (as a shared dish)

Love the portion they served. Service is good. Their signature salted duck is fantastic! palace chicken and pumpkin millet porridge is special. feel that the place is a bit dark and the chair is too hard....maybe discourage customer to stay too long there :)

There are not many choices for staples. Price is at the high side. we couldn't finish the pork ribs, so we asked the waiter to pack the remaining for us. then we realised that we are charged 30 cents for the box! I think this is not acceptable, as we do not want to waste the food, so we asked to pack home, it's not ordered as a takeaway.
