Minka offers yummy food at great service standards - highly recommended

The ambience was cosy and pleasant. The waitress Chilly was friendly and knowledgeable. Jack and his assistant Chef were very focused on what they were doing and earnest. Overall a good experience.

Staff was very kind and sashimi bowl was good of value.

Had the $98 premium Omakase which was great value. Food was authentic and atmosphere was nice and casual. A great spot in the CBD for after work dinner. Will definitely come back again!

Have been back to this place almost every week since it opened last month ($6 highballs!!). The $68 (nett!) omakase menu is one of best value omakase I've had. Chef J's is super generous with the premium stuff (TORO!) even at this price point. WIll definitely be back to try the premium omakase with a date!
