Good food and service. Ambience of the restaurant is comfortable as well. My family and I enjoyed our dinner there!

We were there for valentine's celebration and a good friday break. It was a good time to be around, not too crowded, and the food is good. The only thing is that it is a bit pricey. Nevertheless once in a while, i am ok to indulge.

There are bird noise during dinner time. This spoil the nice ambience. As we are sitting near to the door area, there are no aircon (I'm not sure it is their usual practise not on aircon). Would appreciate if the waitress can highlight to us about the seating when we want to change our seat near to the door area.

It was my first time at Kota88! Overall the experience was relaxing and truly asian. Key highlights: - Efficient, prompt yet chilled out staff - Good quantity of food (soups): it was me and my husband dining and we were to order two bowls of soup, but we were promptly advised to go for only one. rightly so, it would have been more than enough for 3 people. - Dish to try: Ayam goreng banking (fried chicken with tangy sauce) and Asparagus crab meat soup. - reasonable on pocket.

Food used to be top notch, but it seems that the quality (mostly the authenticity) of Indonesian Chinese food has been declining. This was my 5th times and I almost always orders the same thing. That’s why I can comment the above. Service and ambiance are still top notch!

Overall food is good. My family liked the roast duck, satay mixed and fried fish. The only issue was with the spotlight side (long table for 8 to 10pax) was too warm for comfort.

For the first time we went there later for dinner around 10.30pm. There were very few guests which meant we had more attention from the staff. As always the food was on point and we had a good late dinner.

Interesting tasty food. However, the restaurant is so noisy that you can hardly hear yourself; likely due to the hard walls and ceiling. Also terribly short of service staff - they tried very hard but I think there were just too many tables for the staff to cope with.

I had a blast at Kota88 Restaurant that offers authentic Indonesian Chinese food! The 'nasi campur babi' (lit. mixed pork rice) was really tasty. the avocado juice, however, could be thicker.

I really loved the ambience of the place. The serving staffs were nice, the food was nice, overall it was worth the price! Their Asparagus crab meat soup was really good! Definitely visiting again :)
