It was fairly quiet when I was there, perhaps the timing was quite late in the evening on a weekday. Food was not too bad. The aesthetic of the place was great. Loads of plants that you can purchase too. Would love to visit again to try their desserts

I always enjoy coming to Knots! It is such a beautifully decorated and at the same time calming and cosy. One of the nicest spots to have good food and good conversations at! Staff are always so friendly as well! Was yet another great experience here!

The cafe had a really nice atmosphere! The food portions were a little small for the price though

Waiting time for food can be really long. Food quality needs to be improved for customers to keep coming back. For example the truffle fries left a lot to be desired, the fish (dory) and chips is exactly the same as what you get at Hawker centres and it cost a lot more. Definitely overpriced.
