Food was good, but for sake, although we ordered a carafe of $30 and we said we don’t need more, the additional sake was poured and was charged a bottle at $100. We don’t understand why.

Very quiet and quaint place that serves high quality Japanese food. The price was also on the high side especially the sashimi. 5 slices for $18 or something.

Ordered the Kushi skewers platter, California Maki and Ika Yaki. The food here really sucks! For the California Maki, it didn’t even contain salmon, avocado and tofu skin even though these ingredients were clearly stated in the menu. When I asked the waitress Elaine about it, she actually told me that the Ebi Ikura on the maki roll was the salmon! It was only after further prodding that the waitress admitted that the chef “forgot” to put in those ingredients!! The taste of the meats in the skewers platter was also really bland. The best part was that I was offered a replacement dish for the salmon maki roll but this dish was still reflected as charged until I had to confront the staff again! Atrocious clueless service and terrible food! Plese avoid at all costs!

Great food and ambience! karaage was so crispy and tender, silver fish was crispy too. salmon maki is so delicious and oysters was fresh! the skewers are good too. But didn't like the batter of the soft shell crab. overall, the quality of the food was very fresh and good!
