Kinya Izakaya & Ramen

This has been my favourite go-to ramen shop since the chef started long long ago at the now defunct Gallery Hotel. Then moved to Millenia Walk and now South-Beach. The menu has since increased in variety but the ramen never disappoints. If you love your noodles chewy and Al dente, the soup full of richness and every slurp every so satisfying, this is it! It always makes me salivate... transports you to Japan... If you have a good appetite, try their gyoza too..

The place was pretty warm .. food portion is a lot and good. Ordered the black garlic soup base and original miso soup base. Gyoza was fresh and tasty.

The tsukumen ramen is good! Especially the fish stock one

The service was great! Great variety in the menu. The soup was flavourful, I love it! For the ramen, I feel that it’s too big of a portion for me and my Friend thinks it’s greasy

Love the Tokusen Shio Tonkotsu and Miso Tonkotsu we ordered, the garlic oil just make the who Ramen to the next great level and my friend love the broth as well

A good experience overall. The noodles were springy, the soup base was tasty and service was friendly. This place was an accidental find that did not disappoint us.

Been eating at Miharu Sapporo Ramen since its days at the now-defunct Gallery Hotel. To me, Miharu is up there as one of the best ramen-ya in Singapore.

Service staff was very friendly and attended to our needs. Noodles were of nice texture and springy and the tonkotsu soup is just nice to our taste.

So far so good. We are enjoying the lunch and the service is good. The staff is courteous and the food are good with reasonable price.
