Good value Japanese restaurant, worth a visit in my opinion

Four of us went for a quick work lunch and ordered two sets of lunch specials at a discounted rate. Food quality was okay. Most importantly, the raw fish was fresh, and it was reflected in the price as well. When it comes to service, it does seem the staff on duty wasn’t interested to serve us and did the absolute minimum. Good for a quick lunch and no need to worry about choice of seats.

Staff warned that the small signature kaisendon is tiny and indeed it was - but very fresh and tasty. Salad was well chilled and soup was satisfying.

Restaurant is simple set up, nothing impressive or messy. Just nice. we ordered their signature kaisen don. Rice portion is less for male diner, but just nice for a female diner. came with free miso soup n small plate salad. Will come again.
