J's Wok & Grill - Tampines

We had a great time! The Oreo cheesecake was particularly nice. Also order lamb shank and chicken with pinapple rice which were both amazing but the rice portion was very small and we were still hungry by the end. Though we are foreigners and tend to eat more! The meat portion was very large in comparison. Overall great experience. Liked the place considerably as well because it has its own prayer room.

First time visited J's Wok & Grill, the taste was above my expectation. Price is reasonable and affordable. Will look forward to coming back again.

Service was good but the pineapple rice was quite bland. Beef ribs was ok. Ambience was good. The servers were attentive. And acknowledged all our requests.

Food serving is quite a lot for the price. Very spacious place which is good for group gatherings. What's more, they do food catering too.

Went down with our team of 10 for lunch. Nice food and nice environment. Staffs are friendly and helpful too. We had a nice Nurses' Day gathering there. Thank you.

Food was good as usual but I've rated the experience down because the air conditioning wasn't working well, several patrons were fanning themselves ... and it was more crowded then usual due to Mother's Day. But the wait staff still managed to keep their cool, thumbs up to them. Probably something facilities management needs to look into.

Good food at affordable prices. good ambience. Variety choices from starters to the mains. Place easy to find and not crowded. Will revisit for special occasions.

Food was good. Service friendly. The Nutella creme brulee was however not very good and not as expected. More like a pudding and didn't have any Nutella taste at all...

food is awesome. The portion is huge and the meat are very tender. The ondeh ondeh cake is nicely cut and sweet to my liking. It a great place to unwind and chill with families

Nice ambience but food was just not up to our expectations. We hv ordered some steak and they turned out to be quite tough even though we asked for medium well.

Peaceful quiet place with pasta just way I like it. Satisfying, flavourful and without garlic. Service is prompt. Good place for the family and for catching up with friends. Will visit again.

Good food & cosy place. A must go for family with kids. Very kids friendly and stafgs are attentive & polite. Will return for more meals.

Had my mother birthday celebration and came with in house slice of cake and was delicious(: food was great big quantity and fulfilling dinner we had. noticed that menu was different from Bedok outlet there is first try to all.

Service and food was good. (Except for Thai Milk Tea Frappe which could have tasted better). Our request for a birthday surprise dessert was also done promptly!

Service was slow. The drinks were either too sweet or tasteless. The food is not up to standard and portion was small. However the restaurant is nice looking and location is so good.

Overall service was good except for 1 particular waitress who was sending death glares at us every time we asked her for something. In addition, while there was a maximum of 18 for reservation, i had left a note for 20. In the morning of the booking, i had received news of another 4 last minute guests. My husband contacted the restaurant directly via phone to request for an additional 4 seating around noon. A male staff had accepted and confirmed. Imagine our surprise when they only prepared for 20. The western food was good, thai food and dessert were really average, chicken quesadillas were good and malay food was honestly, average. I know that they do deliveries as well. I believe the staff may be overwhelmed with orders and taste was sacrificed.

The food was good and reasonable. Ambience was peaceful. Need to improve on the Thai mango dessert vecause the mango was sour instead of sweet.

A little surprised at the emptiness of the restaurant, probably because it serves more of working crowd during lunch time. Their prawn aglio olio is very fragrant with fresh prawns, beef lagsana portion is big for 1 person filled with lotsa minced beef and cheese!

Great food but the ice lemon tea taste weird as if it has turned bad. Will attempt to re-visit for other occasions with family members or colleagues.

Food was exceptionally good surprisingly. We were only disappointed with the Ondeh ondeh cake which doesn't have the rich flavour expected. Perhaps they could also make healthier cakes with less sugar.

I had dinner there last Sunday with my family. Although we loved the food, they are quite expensive. I dont think I will go there again.

Food quality is good. Tried their fish and chips and Pepsi float. They have good cakes too. Ambience is pretty good. I will definitely return again.

Was slightly disappointed as most of some of the food items on the list are unavailable. But I definitely loved the ambiance, cake selection and there's prayer room available.

The Lamp shank mushroom gravy ws too little. It makes it dry, hwvr we also ordered a set lunch lamb shank w onion rice. This set lunch ws good n value for money. Staff ws courteous. Service is a bit slow despite low lunch crowd.

Service good: attentive waitresses. Food is done well and came fairly fast. Dining area clean. Tom Yam soup was abit salty. Overall dining experience good.

All food in small portion and in big plate and it took too much space on the table. It a bit expensive and food just so so.

Many items on the menu also not available, quite disappointed. Overall service is ok but the waiting time is quite long. We ordered 2 fried rice and it takes more than 45 mins only serve to us.

The western food were better than the local food offering. Restaurant was clean and pleasant. Service staff were also attentive and regularly check on customers if they need anything.

It will be good if staffs are more attentive. More smiley faces please. The order forms need to be changed as soon as possible to avoid confusion.

J's chicken cordon bleu is not worth to pay $14.00 because it is not Crispy at all and not hot when served by the Malay waitress.

It would be convenience to have someone taking the order, especially big group. Should have more staffs on weekends. Most of the foods are nice and with the coupon promotion it's worth. Shd consider eliminating or lower the service charge as customers are taking down their own order.

Overall okay but I had to check for the status of my order more than 3x. Cosy place for family gatherings. Will be coming back again

Love the chilli fries.. Place quite squeezey...Kinda sad therr isn't anymore meditinerrean food anymore... Love the variety of premium cakes they offered would really like to try the matcha Azuki layered cake....

Overall the food is nice , the service is good but sadly not all the food in the menu are available. We are unable to get what we want on that day.

Online reservation request was fast with prompt reply. Guest seating layout could be better improved, it was too cramped for both restaurant guests & servers.

Service was a little slow as there were very few staff to attend to the customers. Food wasn't too bad.

Terrible service, food quality is decent. One of the food dishes ordered failed to arrive despite all the remaining served. Waitress casually forgotten about the meal order. Very poor assigning of tables despite booking a reservation 30 minutes ago.

Its value for money as this was our third time visitng the restaurant and as usual we were satisfied with the quality of food.

place is spacious, staff is great and food is good and priced nicely :) it was quite empty when I was there - hope more customers will find out about this place

Big portions, but due to lunchtime, dessert took a while coming. Latte was also half coffee half foam. Will try again when it's an off peak time

The environment is nice and the service there is good. The food are good too. We will consider to go again when there is a gathering.
