The food is pricier than Swensens. Taste factor could be improved. But desserts selection were awesome! We went at 9.30 on a Saturday and was not so crowded, which is good.

Good and prompt service. Staff was accommodating to our big group size. Food quality is fine for the price charged. Air-con was a little too strong we find.

Bought 10 guests from overseas for lunch. Food was quite tasty & affordable price. Would definitely recommend the place to friends and family. Not crowded too.

This restaurant offers fast service! You also get good value for money when you go on a weekday. They also have a wide range of menu choices.

Great. We almost have the whole place to ourselves last nite. Probably because it's still Raya and it's Sunday evening. Will try doing 12nn to 5pm when everything goes for half the normal price. Cheers and keep up the good work guys.

Overall was satisfying. Waiting time was alittle long. Probably insufficient staff and its during breaking fast time. Some food alittle salty. All staff did a great job. Well done.

Dissapointing buffet. Place not clean and hygeinic. Western restaurant but serve horrible malay foods. Tea Tarik were too sweet and mee rebus were tasteless. Not value for money.

Overall, nice and pleasant ambience, when i went there for ifthar. I think there were understaffed on that day, although they manage to pull it off. For a 90% capacity with 1 waiter & 1 waitress as the cashier was only manning the POS, they manage to deliver the foods as efficiently possible. I think the cashier could expedite a bit more to serve and take orders for the guests as well. Extremely pleased with their service.

The food was tasty. I like the place. I would like to recommend the place to my friends and work colleagues. Head down on weekdays to get a place there.

Went there because my guests requested for steak but they were just a bit disappointed on the steak.. my guests asked for a well done and yet it was served in a medium rare only so they have to asked to cook it again.. However, service is good and i liked my bbq beef ribs!

Wonderful service, great food and nice ambience fit for both adult and children. The musollah was a great idea, something that halal eating organisations should reflect on

Nothing special.....normal ambience, some items not available as per menus. Shud hv signature dish, service wise good but can be improved....waitress shud recommend some nice dishes especially for 1st time customer.

Excellent service. No adverse feedback. Staff were ever willing to serve and the food was very good. Unfortunate no Keoh Teow available on Monday serving. Will definitely come back for that on other day.

Mandi Mutton with Rice, the mutton meat was tough and hard to bite. Not pleasant to eat. Chicken Cordon Bleu also below expectation. Overall: not recommended.

The restaurant was understaff and the food was cold. There were also many items on the menu that was not available particularly all the oriental food.

Service was good but food was a tad bit disappointing,most of the mediterranian cuisine were not available.Steak was not fully cooked although we ordered well done.Anyway kudos to the staff who were apologetic and very service oriented during our visit.

Its my 2nd time dining at this outlet within one week! This time is dining w my family. Again, we were served by friendly, Jamie! She ia very polite and efficient in her work! I dont hesitate to come back again 😀☺. The place wasnt crowded despite of 2nd day CNY. My family also loved the food. KUDOS!!

Service was not so good. Portion is big. Price is reasonable. Food was not so good compared to Bedok Simpang etc. Will not come there again unless for lunch (promotions, cheaper and worth the price)

It was a pleasa t experience to dine in at J's Wok and Grill. My family and I enjoyed the food and would defintely come back to dine in at the restaurant again.

Met Jamie, she was helpful and polite when I called up to ask for directions to the place as well as asked her if there was a prayer room inside the restaurant. There is and equipped with fan and its very spacious! The ladies was big and comes w water sprinkler. The food was really tasty and the restaurant is big and spacious. Will definitely come back again! ☺

Food was great. Just minor error on my daughter's burger as it was the wrong patty given and it was resolve after it was inform.

I love the restaurant! Food is good. Service is top notch and fast. It is also very organized. Menu are kept in a compartment near the seats. And staff friendly too! One of them even fed my son when he asked to be fed casually.

Went here quite a few times. Everything's good! Food was nice, desert was nice. Friendly staffs, keep it up! Definitely a place to dine in with family and friends.

Great food, great service. Prices commensurate with the quality of the food! Although one of the dishes was served late, they offered a complimentary choice of cake or banana split to compensate.
