excellent food. great service. will recommend friends to try their lunch set. will try out their dinner food soon. more variety of food will be better.

The food and service was impeccable. Although the yakitori took a while to arrive, but they were prepared well, thus we enjoyed the meal very much. We also ordered the sake which was excellent. All in all, we felt it was worth it. We plan to come back again.

Service is good with attentive and thoughtful staff. Food is good too with nice variety. Only bugbear is the too al dente ramen in the cold ramen salad.

salad is nice but the beef wrap with leek was too overwhelming ramen was good as the noodle wont turn soggy thanks alot for the nice food

Yakitori can be better as most items are salty but the mains such as ramen is awesome ! Love the ambience though, it's cosy and tastefully done.

Food is good, and prices are decent, but noise levels are too high once the place fills up because floor and walls are noise reflective.

The food is very fresh, well cooked, appearance is nicely done. Very appetising and has ots own JINzakaya's special taste that cannot be found in other Japanese restaurants. Good place to hangout actually.

Was there the first time. Nothing to shout about the food Service staff needs to Improve and be more attentive. Service was slow and i wished they had unagi!

First time visit. The place serves Good quality Japanese food, and is run by locals. They have a sushi place - sushi Jin - nest doors and they serve good food as well.

High-quality, well-priced food with attentive and sincere service that makes for a repeat visit! :) The dishes were sizable and I enjoyed the Jin Tori Ramen with its creamy broth and robust chicken flavour. The onsen egg added a special touch.

The wait staff is very attentive. When my sake glass is near empty, they would top it up. The food selection is quite limited, but we managed to order an out of menu item. Yums.

Lively atmosphere with a good mix of local and expatriate clients. Service staff were friendly and attentive, selection of food and drinks was adequate and reasonably priced.

Alot of items we ordered were not available - quite disappointed given that the location was not the best too. Service was good for a small restaurant but nothing really outstanding that will entice me back. Tori tama is probably still the best yakitori place in Singapore.

Kids enjoyed the wagyu rolls and the gyoza. The dons were nice too. Note that yakitori not available at lunch. Great service, will visit again.

The type of sake I wanted to order sold out(they should know what sake type is popular with clients), the timing of the food coming out of the kitchen patchy(seems they have issues timing the cooking the kushiyaki skewers). Still needs refining against established Izakayas in town.

Nice decor giving a nice pub feel to the whole set up. Great salads, good kushiyaki, but limited bar snacks and booze variety for an Izakaya.

Great recommendations from the folks at Jinzakaya! A place for good food and drinks with friends. Squid was especially tasty and good value for money.

Cosy place and not too crowded. Not bad to try. Food pricing is average. It cost about $78 for 2 persons, without any beers or sakae. The hojicha is $4 per pax, a bit on the expensive side.

Had yakitori, salads, ramens with yamamoto sake in a party of five. The foie gras yakitori was very nice. Got a 50 dollar off voucher min 100 dollar spend for next visit. All in all a pleasant experience, will visit again.

Excellent Customer Service,Good Knowledge on their food menu,will recommend to customer needs. Friendly staff,feels like eating at home. This is my second time visit,will go back soon.

The grilled food are at pretty reasonable price, services staffs are attentive and friendly plus the sake I had that night was very good. Grilled food still have room for improvement especially the "grilled" taste and fragrant.

Food was really good quality for what it was priced at. Menu also had a variety of offerings from sashimi, skewers and even ramen! Overall service was warm as staff is stationed outside the restaurant to welcome guests with reservations.

I like that the restaurant is not very crowded during dinner time. The food was nice, staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely visit again.

great place, not crowded, all the singapore restaurant should keep it that way the burabata was great. the only down side is limited selection of alcohol, need to have some wines and whiskey...

foie gras & amberjack sashimi are highly recommended ! .

A very casual place with decent food and good sake. Some of the yakitori was delicious whereas others were very average.

Nice and quiet place for catching up with friends, food variety and taste was average. Overall experience is pleasant, would consider returning in the future.

Great food, great service. A very fun place for a relaxing evening. Must try the sakes, chicken wing , chicken skin, beef cubes skewer, salads , onigiri and the out of the world foie gras. The foie gras went very well with the recommended sake.

Jinzakay has a Good menu with reasonably priced dishes. Great service from the waiters and waitress too. And they have a good range of sake

Yakitori is generally good, nice chargrilled Flavours. I would avoid the seafood skewers. Kimchi ramen is delicious as well. Overall nice ambience. I would visit again.

we had a hard time looking for the place. it might be netter to indicate which building / train station exit is the izakaya located in/ near. it would be better to have umeshu (rock), which is probably the most basic (of umeshu). the yaki onigiri was a disappointment because the riceball disintegrated after the first bite.. Japanese rice should be used for this dish. on the other hand. the grilled ika, kushi scallop and hotate were great!

Service is prompt and ambience is good. Food was not too bad but considered slightly pricey. Worth a try if happen to be around the area!

Seems like a nice place to chill with buddies. Not satisfied with the Unagi set and will likely try the chirashi set the next time I visit.

Food quality was not bad! The ambience was pretty good too. The staff seemed a little short-handed though, so our food took a while to come.
