It was okay but not to the best as one wish

Easy to reserve and seated promptly. There's appetizers and green tea served on the table before we arrived. Menu can be improved as there's only words without pictures. We had to use our imagination to expect how the food will be portioned. To reduce wastage, we ordered minimum amount of food and re-order if we like it.

We booked the first session. Got seated quickly. Sliced salmon, edamame and stick already placed on your table. Something to occupy you while you wait for your order to be taken and the first dish to be served. Overall food was value for money.

Price was very reasonable with the options available. However, an additional staff member would ease the operation.

A buffet that is very worth it. Definitely value for money

maybe due to lack of manpower, the waitress forgotten about our orders even after we ask for something from the same waitress 2-3 times. afterwards we ask another waitress and still did not get what we wanted till at least 15mins later someone finally attended to our request.

Food was good and fast, also service was very good. Value for money, $45 per head.

My family of 9 were given the VIP room on second level. It was nicely decorated and the waitress was extremely polite, patient and gave good suggestions on the portions of food to be ordered. She even helped us take pictures and suggested poses and lighting. The food was prepared fast and served fast too. Of course, the food were fresh and superlicious. Overall, we had a good 2 hours of dinning.

The food was alright, particularly enjoyed the fresh sashimi and complimentary salmon soup offered. The staff was accommodating when I called to change my booking time, but we were served really slowly. The dining experience was really marred by the long waiting times for our food and the restaurant was small hence cramped and noisy.

Staff was friendly but the restaurant is very crowded. Staff become less attentive.

Service is alright, but certain food took quite awhile to be served. Eg. Waited almost an hr for the cold tofu

Quality of food is good. First part of the visit was good since the staff were attentive as there was less patrons. The later part of our dinner, more people streamed in and it was difficult to get the attention of any staff. It was made worse by a particular staff member who forgot our orders twice. Thankfully, the experience was salvaged by her other colleagues.

The service was attentive but the food quality seems to have gone down.

Still the most value for money ala carte buffet in town.

Food are great, place is very crowded and understaffed. Definitely value for money but not a dating place.
