Food is slightly on the pricier side but quality was good and fresh. Ordered beer tower but the beer seems diluted compared to ordering a pint.

I picked this place for my birthday dinner with my friend because the reviews on google were excellent. We enjoyed the food but unfortunately the service from one waiter wasn't good. I asked my friend if she was okay sitting outside due to heavy rain last night. Unfortunately, the waiter came in front of my friend and criticised me for asking the question. He also spoke in Tamil in front of me, asking where we are from. I asked for extra wasabi, and he said it's $5 for wasabi smiling at me. I did find his attitude and behaviour was appalling, which ruined what was supposed to be a special night with my friend. I would still give a good review for everything else. Unfortunately I won't be returning to this restaurant after that experience..:(

The food was great, few selections though. What I enjoy the most was the show. The service was good. The atmosphere are superb, because we are seated outside.

They cannot cope with the number of people goin for the Kumar comedy. They should be prepared for the large crowd and serve small bites prior to the show.

This place have a good location and vibe, good variety of japanese food and drinks but price a little bit high but still acceptable.

Wonderful and excellent dining experience! Food and service was great! Thick and freah cuts of sashimi, one of the best garlic fried rice and egg mentaiko which was served warm. A hidden gem which I would strongly recommend.

We were a little late that evening and we sat till closing time. Service was good. Experience was good.

kitchen forgot our orders, waiting 45 mins for our appetizers is too much, we’ve asked several times for it and yet kitchen still didn’t make our dish. in addition, we weren’t allowed to cancel the order only after so many complaints. the food is great but this experience is unfortunately terrible.

I enjoyed dining at ikigai. The staff was courteous and accommodating. It took some time for some of the food to arrive, but it was good. My friend and I went to dine and watch Kumar. All in all a good experience and I would definitely come back.

We arrived quite late at 8pm so we owned the whole restaurant. Surprisingly the food and drinks are so delicious. Our whole family enjoyed the food and the service from Ah Bao!

Good service and nice foods. Inside was a bit noisy, but outside was more comfortable and feel good. Price was a bit high but acceptable.

The restaurant staff took initiative to inform us about the kitchen waiting time and even suggested items that were "easier to prepare" in order to reduce turnaround time. Staff were pretty attentive despite the crowd and requests from diners.

Food was generally tasty with some notes that could be improved upon. - The truffle udon had a wonderful truffle taste but the pinenuts felt stale and distracted me - Oysters at 50% felt like a steal and the accompanying sauce is unique and wonderful. I usually don’t add anything but lemon to my oysters but I had plenty of the sauce. - The grilled squid was impressive to look at and filling but taste wise not very striking - I loved the sasa mochi. Not too sweet and the custard filling balanced out the chewy exterior nicely
