Always my favourite hotpot restaurant. Love the mala soup base there, very authentic.

Each stick of ingredient is priced at $0.45 which was quite ok until we saw that the items on each stick were rather absurd. 1 piece (branch) of broccoli, 2 thin slice of radish, 1 small cube of meet. Food is of average quality. Only find the drinks and desserts more on the interesting side.

The staff were nowhere in sight so you have to wait a bit before you can ask for help. Food was average, mango sticky rice and moo ping were the better options.

Made a reservation but ten mins before the dining time, restaurant called me and say they have filled up all the tables and can only give me a queue number. What’s the putpose of the restaurant allowing people to make a reservation then? Might as well take yourself off the reservation platform since your restaurant is doing so well and can fill up the place with patrons who did not do a reservation. Mind you this was for a 545pm reservation.

The food varieties is comprehensive, at the same time the space is wide enough. Prior to the day I have been calling the restaurant to extend the no. of seats, they are kind enough to let us use 2 large table for our 13 pax went. The staff is good and patience to explain the price of the lok lok for each type of varieties they have there and how we should order through the QR code if we want other food. Overall for the 1st time visit there the experience is good. Will definitely return again.

The food was pretty decent, fairly reasonably priced. Staff was responsive and ensured that our needs were attended to. Would recommend this place for gatherings as it has a nice ambience to chill and eat.
