Food is good! Food is served really fast! Service is not bad too ;) However, a lot of flies in the restaurant which is quite disturbing.

Service are good. The prawn are good as well. But the crab and coffee bone are just so so, little disappointed. Will not try again as it is far from city center.

Upon reaching, the staff will ask you whether you are using groupon. If you are, they will tag your table with a blue peg and the food served will be of sub-standard compared to those table without using groupon. I.e. the portion will be smaller, the seafood is not fresh, even the serving style is not the same. Can you imagine 2 persons eating 200 dollars worth of food and it is not even comparable to the 30 dollars zi char you eat anywhere. It is definitely a dishonest shop! 😠😠😤😤

Environment is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food wise is tasty and are served fast. So there is no long wait. And dont miss their signature black pepper crab..

The chilli crab had no taste and the black pepper crab was not cooked well or it was old or not fresh. We will not be going back

Food was ok, but beware of using groupon. If u exceed the price (w gst and service charge) by even a cent, you will have a pay the gst and service charge separately. Eg for $200 voucher, food costs ard $182. Total bill: $215. But u can't pay $15. The entire service charge and gst has to be paid separately - ie $32. In spite of clear groupon voucher instructions saying its a cash voucher and can be used to include gst and service charge. Had the feeling they were trying to rip people off.

The House of Seafood is a nice & clean place to visit. Apparently wasn't so crowded at around 2000 hrs, as the next day was a working day. Conveniently located & nice food. The pepper crab was delicious, would have loved a bigger one though.

Was very disappointed with the food and selection. Their menu seems to be different and lesser selection from the other branch in punggol settlement. Will not recommend ppls to go there.

it is comfortable inside the restaurant, but the toilet outside of the restaurant is very rundown due to the old age of the shopping mall. food is served fast on a sunday evening. fried squid and white bee hoon large order portion apparently too much for 6+1 people, couldnt finish those. didn't order crab.

Food was the usual zichar fare but the price was on the high side, considering the rather run-down establishment and remote location. Service is exceptional though.

Service wise is good. Food wise is pretty so, so especially their chilli crab is too watery and pretty tasteless as compared to last time. For the crab weight, they will just charged you the maximum charges but for sure, what been serve is much smaller and lighter as what they charged. *** Advise to those ordering crabs... Might want to follow them to choose and see the crabs weight. If not sure been short-charged...

Overall food is good.the kong ba pau is not nice so don't ever order that. Other than that, it's nice.the staff Are quite Friendly too. Drinks will constantly be refilled for u.

This restaurant is tugged in a little corner of the building, if there are no signboards around, I would have missed it. There were no much crowd as it's a weekday. Good and prompt service, waitresses are attentive. Food was served promptly (as soon as) as order was sent so I hope they are not prepared so way in advance. They are famous for their black pepper crab, it tasted ok but not the best that I've tasted so far though. Serving is quite generous for most dishes. Overall, it was a good eating experience.

Service is good but my salted egg prawns were sour and talk to the manager which she taste the salted egg sauce in the kitchen and came back and told me that it indeed turn bad.. Food taste is pretty normal w expensive prices...

AIR CONDITIONED ENVIRONMENT,STAFF WAS PLEASANT,FOOD IS NICE AND THE CRAB IS HUGE. HOWEVER THERE ARE 2 FLIES THAT HOVER AROUND THE FOOD AND WE HAVE TO SHOO IT AWAY.

the foods are not tasty mostly, the price is more expensive than most seafood joints; service is however rather good. Most likely will go again only to the Punggol branch.

Nothing very great for such expensive price. Ordered chicken with honey sauce,it was too sweet. As well as drunken prawn with herbs, tasteless soup. Definitely able to find better or the same quality at much cheaper price.

The staff were friendly and offered to keep our cake in their fridge. The restaurant was too noisy to have a decent conversation between guests.

Amazing customer service at serangoon branch! Food was prompt to serve and delicious. Went there second time already, will definitely visit there again someday. Saturday night not much crowd, good to go with baby

The quality and quantity of food paid with groupon voucher is not as good as the standard rate. The crab when served is still cold inside while the outside is warm. we have to request for the dish to be reheated up.

Service was good. However crabs was substandard and not even fresh. My wife and diarrhea when she went home. the claws was not even hammered as well.

We had the seafood tower. Well we gotta say it's over-rated. Better to eat other seafood in the restaurant. Service was good, but was disappointed with the seafood tower.

The quantity and quality of food is below their usual when you use groupon. The crab came out warm on the outside and cold on the inside.
