Food was not value for money. Better options available for seafood. Service staff was forgetful with our requests. Groupon not available for use here on weekends.

I requested for indoor seats but i didnt not get and had to sit outside on such a hot weather and alot of moisquitoes and flies. Parking problem.

Very smooth. Glad we made reservation and skipped long queue. Restaurant also called in the morning to confirm booking. Reserved for inner sitting, but restaurant nearly arranged for outside seat.

Food is great and price reasonably. The restaurant condition is a bit sub par, a lot of flys. attendant seem not sufficient.But dishes serve out quick

Excellent black pepper crab and attentive service by the staff. Food was served (bewilderingly) fast, within two minutes from the time the orders were placed.

Used groupon. The black pepper crab is not as excellent as expected. But it is quite fresh. I think I will try chili crab next time.

went there using groupon voucher. The portion is very small. large dishes is equivalent to medium size. i felt shortchanged as this is as good as no discount. The voucher is probably more worth it if you order only crabs.

Food so so only not worth For the price. Promotion Crab the meat taste not that solid, Chili sauce not spicy at all. Service crew are prompt and efficient

Food comes in very small portion and even with the Groupon voucher , the bill came out to be very expensive, not worth the visit!

The staff brought me to the table immediately after asking for my name. Website was very easy to navigate and reservation was hassle free. Thumbs up!

Delicious food, good service, very interesting and fun birthday singing. Been here many times. Will def come back again. Didn't give it a full 6 stars as the food contains MSG and def not for the fainted hearts as price of the crab is $68/kg

I quite disappointed with the Black Pepper Crab Dish.... The flesh inside icy cold.....the black pepper sauce itself was not adequate, only Drips & Draps....a far cry from Good ole days back in Yio Chu Kang & Highland Road Locations.

The entire restaurant was empty except for the 4 of us. Service was alright but food-wise not value for money. I wouldn't recommend to friends even if it's 50% off for groupon voucher.

The food was great and we were given quick and very courteous service. My family and I enjoyed our late Sunday dinner quite well thanks to their team.

Very bad experience as they did not allow me to use the vouchers i bought from groupon, saying it was not applicable to cny period when it wasn't stated on the fine print or anything.. feel totally cheated..

Need to improve on prompt service when request on drinks and sides eg. Chilli are made. Also to keep place hygienic - we had to spend the whole dinner chasing the housefly away!

That's great eating experience at house of seafood, and I forgot my bag at restaurant, the boss Called me and returned back to me! Feel good!

The lady captain was very good but the staff seem to be confused and does not understand English. They serve the food too fast. Datuk Paul Chua

Food quality was bad. The crab are not fresh except for the fish. The portion is not for 7 to 8 although I am having 6 + 2 child. Serving of food is not in sequence. Waited for the crabs for 30 minutes

Pepper crab is definitely one of the best in Singapore. Rest of the food are alright. Prices are on the high side, services are average. But the boss was always there n very hands-on n accommodating (all 3 times I was there), so that's a comfort factor.

The food is nice and waitress were great. But for cny reunion dinner, there were too many tables n we were made to sit on plastic chairs. There wasn't even room to move around. We would not held our annual cny dinner there in future.

Food was served earlier than requested (before all the guests arrived). As a result, food was cold even before all guests arrived. Medium portion fried rice is only very slightly more than a portion meant for 1 pax elsewhere. Other than the above, I am quite satisfied overall with their customer service. Thanks.

Nice quite environment. Service was quite fast n food was acceptable. Pepper crab was not up to standard compared to other restaurants we had eaten before.

Good service and great food , chili crab is one of the best dish

1) The signature yam ring can be improved further. The yam crust can be made slight thicker & to be more generous with the fillings inside. 2) The creamy butter crabs should not be too heavy with the sugary taste. 3) The white beehoon & silver fish fried were good.

Food is great, and the serving is just about right. However, they could improve on the service. When asked for something, it took ages to come, and they looked like they couldn't be bothered.

very far location, but very nice sea view. The booking online was easy, but it will be good if the restaurant could give me a call to confirm on the reservation, i have to make the call myself. Bcoz i dont receive any confirmation at all. great crab for salted egg yolk and black pepper ones! yummy. BUT the restaurant is INFESTED with BIG FAT HOUSE flies we're super annoyed by the stupid flies...! but great service standard and food...

Food is tasty but the fried mee sua was too saltish. However, the management is good. They took our feedback and replaced a new plate of mee sua which is much less saltish.

Good service and delicious food especially the crabs, prawns and signature pork ribs! I will definitely recommend the place to friends and colleagues for seafood.

Was assigned a small table for 4 pax when we had previously reserved for 6. Requested for a change of table but was left hanging for 15 mins. The staff finally got us a bigger table (which was occupied by another family earlier) after we said we were leaving for another restaurant if there were no bigger table to accommodate us. The seafood was alright but the vegetables ordered was a disappointment for the price we paid - $18 for a pathetic serving!

Food is good...but very bad service, we have to really struggle to get the food on table and the were completely rude about it. Will not recommend to others.

Bad services. A lot of people have bill dispute. Be careful when order of crab. While eating I saw at less 3 table uncounted this.

Like the restaurant atmosphere and a great place to catch up with friends. However, there are house flies in the restaurant and the chilli crabs are rather bland.

Foods are nice. Environment is cool as we can get to see seaview. We will celebrating our friend birthday, so i brought a cake there and the waitress extended her service by playing the birthday song and carry a "happy birthday" banner.

service is slow. best is just to order crabs and not other dishes.
