Great environment, efficient friendly service team! Hotpot GEM in the East

The food was ok, but the price was abit expensive than what I thought. Maybe because is a themed restaurant.

Tried the buffet. Food was ok for the price that we paid. Not sure if quality would be beta if it was ala carte but the price of the ala carte dishes is on the high side. So those not on a budget can give the ala carte dishes a try.

Service was extremely slow due to popularity and was given an outdoor seating making it worst for service staff's visibility. Nonetheless, value for money and would definitely visit again and make reservation way in advance.

the hygiene was really bad, there were lots of flies around us and some went into our hotpot, on our dishes and into our maggie mee. we requested to change to another area where there's lesser insects and they weren't happy. there was even a baby grasshopper that went into one of my friend's drink. really disappointed as i expected it to be really good since influencers went to review their store.

1. We submitted our soup & meat order. After 15 min, we realised why soup not served yet and realised that they missed our order. But soup was served within 5 min after we feedback . 2. Wanted to order collagen based soup (Mala & collagen ) both were out out stock at 6pm. 3. When we checked our bill, realised that we need to “Top up” additional $3 for monthly special. This wasn’t communicated when we order. This was on top of the $9 we need to pay for the soup based. Other than the $9, we are also charged additional $12 for chicken when we are gg for the buffet. When we highlight it, they proceed to refund. Other than the above 3 issues , the dining experience is good and buffet was value for $. We will come again.

Great great food, always come here for the MLXG! Ladyboss very nice and friendly, agreed to let us enjoy great dinner even though it was full house. Thank you!

Arrived early before reservation time, was told that only outdoor seats were available when the restaurant was 3/4 empty. Then one one order came the next batch took more than 30mind and staff kept changing their reason, food sentosa to wrong table etc, when at the end we found out that the waitress never submitted the orders slip, so technically we were being lied to wait till the entire time. Foodbar was not tipes up and cooked food was measly and not topped up as well. I had high expectations because of the good reviews but was sorely disappointed and borderline traumatic experience.

Nice place with cool ideas and presentation. Suitable for big group. Suggest to have more options on menu and more costumes for guests to cosplay.

Good service, food and soup base is good. Tomato base yummy. Drink maybe can have 2 or 3 more choice. Can add in some fruits will be perfect :)

Good place for gathering. Food was not bad, service was prompt.

Meat is fresh. service is good. variety is still sufficient. Will definitely go again. Only problem is parking which is difficult to find along the roadside.

Interesting presentation of food. Kind of new so not much people even on a weekend.

Lovely experience at this recently opened restaurant. Prices are on the more expensive end, but the ingredients are all really fresh in my opinion. Staff was all friendly too, which made the dining experience better. Another huge plus was the 'modern' feeling (ones of the things were the availability of electric plug and wifi on each table, though you shouldn't be needing wifi in a hotpot restaurant) in a restaurant with traditional setting.

Fantastic service, clean ambience, great food.. just that the scallops I ordered had ice chunks on it which makes me think it was thawed out or frozen for some time. Overall I loved it and will be back soon

Seafood very fresh although on the expensive side. Tomato soup on the sweet side could consider to be more savory. On the whole not a bad dining experience.

Great food with great staff. The order come in time and the soup broth are nice. Selected 3 flavour, tomato, collagen and spicy mala. Will try ala carte next time.

Excellent service, well thought interior with fan under the steamboat table to ensure good ventilation as well as we will not be having sweaty foot.

Great food, great service, attention to details in terms of their renovation... only downfall, run out of beer that we re drinking. Overall Great Restaurant!
