Food was great but drinks being served a little slow.
Hoopla is an excellent place to catch up with family and friends. It has a quiet surrounding and there is no worry of long queues or lack of parking spaces.
Great waffles and nice coffee. If you drive, most people parked at the road side to save on parking. Nice atmosphere to chillax.
Cafe was very far from the mrt and is not very convenient, but if youre looking for a quiet serene place to chill, this is it!!!! (: The anterior design is unique and very pleasing, food was generally very very nice too!! All the staff were very accommodating, despite being late for our reservations, they still attended to us very nicely (: Only downside was that food took abit long to come, having 18 of us there, we waited almost 40mins for all the food to come!
The food is good. Although I understand there's no service charge, the staffs should at least present us with the menu when we're seated. The place wasn't packed at all. Other than that, good ambience and nice food
Hoopla is an excellent place to relax in a tranquil environment. The food is good and affordable too! The place is not very accessible by public transport though..
