Hao Lai Wu Steamboat & BBQ

The steamboat was really cool as the pot lights up, really many choices for the hotpot ingredients.

The service was terrible with rude staff. Haven even start ordering they keep reminding us that only 90min to dine in. I’m ok with it. But repeater at least 3 times. So I ask if I can quickly order instead of repeating the same thing. Food was so so. Price was ok. Atmosphere wasn’t good.

The food here has a wide variety and still very reasonable price. Will come back again soon.

Food was nice with a lot of variety, suitable for gatherings

The food was good, could have slightly more variety. The reservation was easy and went smooth.

Variety was there but not quality. Food was not fresh. Service was also slow as they were understaffed.

Mud crab parts were huge! They have really great variety too!

Environment is cooling, not hot or humid. Have quite a variety of food to choose. Pay additional for tissue, drinks and fried ice cream. Nothing special, except for the crystal pot. Sadly, fried noodle was stale.

Bbq food still okay, for hotpot is not worth trying. Drinks is chargeable, still consider themselves as buffet style. Had visit so many store, this is the store we will never visit again. Service is also bad, ask for a plain water, since eating unit we left, also never served. Disappointed.

The food there is ok with different variety. Service wise is so so. It will be good if the waiteress or waiter will make an effort to walk around to see which table pot need to refill soup instead of wsiting for us as a customer to keep calling them to come over to refill for us.

Variety very limited, seafood not fresh at all, vegetables not washed before. Many flies around the food and worst thing is the tongs are all SHARED, OILY AND DIRTY. Drinks, soup base and tissues are all add on prices to your buffet so it's not worth the money at all. Soup bases was salty and mala was mostly chilli oil so you cant drink the soup. Meats for bbq were quite okay. Overall damage around $130+ for 4 people. Will not recommend

They offers a variety of food choices from marinated meats to seafood such as crabs and scallops.

There’s was a wide selection of food and it tasted good. However if you prefer better service and a more comfortable, cooler venue to eat, I would say go somewhere else. Price is definitely great though.

Food was good and the ambience there was lively and accomodating. The only problem was that they told me my reservation was not accepted and that i had to book one day in advance. In the end i had to join the queue and wait for 3 groups of people in front of me.

Food is not fresh, fried rice is cold and hard. Service is good though. We were sitting near the kitchen door. Therefore, people walk in and out all the time making it very disturbing.

Staff were friendly. Pretty wide option of food available for the price. Maybe the taste of the soup base could have been better but that's me really being picky cause it wa a good experience!

Excellent dinning place. Perfect place for friends gathering to eat and chill. Fresh seafood and lots of meat varieties and much much more !!!! Keep It up.!!

Friendly service, kewl deco. Quite a wide variety of food for bbq n steamboat. Really value for $. Like the tomato broth as it issourish sweet. Very appertising.

Value for money! Lots of bamboo claws and crabs. Service is great too! Lady boss is very attentive. Cheap and good... Will definitely visit again

Although we get an outdoor seat but we still smell of BBQ after the meal. Ordered the chicken Soup but was tasteless. They do have a Wide Food variety to choose.
