海底捞 Haidilao Hot Pot - Bedok Mall

Very noisy and crowded HDL restaurant. Visited on a friday night and arrived around 6.15pm. The crowd starts coming in from 630pm and the self-service counter is ALWAYS packed. Very hard to get your designated waiter/waitress' attention and sadly, the one servicing us was a bit absent-minded and inattentive which made the whole dining experience rather poor.

pretty crowded in a dinner weekend. thankful we had a reservation. overall good dining experience although service could be better.

Need to wait even got booking for around 30mins… staff is friendly ..

first time visiting haidilao at around 2am. totally no queue and very quiet, had a very peaceful meal. however, the three delicacy soup was not as good, no more fishball inside and the soup a bit blant although we had indicated richer soup, maybe because the chef too tired already..haha.

Always a place trusted for their hotpot soup bases. My favourite is the salted vegetable soup base.

Fried fish soup base was very disappointing. Taste has changed over time since first added to the menu, became really bland now. Tried some new food items, not impressed too. Service and environment was not bad though.

The staff serving us was very good. We had a young daughter, and the staff took effort to give here some small toys and child friendly food/dessert to keep her entertained. No additional charges for these. We could enjoy our food.
