Great & fresh seafood - crabs. Chef didnt bother to crack the claws for us hence took awhile for us to crack. Price was steep. Quiet atmosphere as there was no crowd

Mains have become a little too intense in terms of salt and spice levels, quality of the crab is moderate to slightly sub par. Sweet potato fries and calamari rings were excellent, however the crab burger was rather small. It's definitely not a expensive for the volume of the food you get, but possibly smaller portions of fries with higher quality of mains would be a better direction.

Good seafood, noisy ambiance. Fresh and good sauce. Will definitely come back again. Parking not easy to find. Price a bit steep. 1 man show service

Food was decent but can be improved. Service was slow (was a Thursday night and there was just one server) and definitely needs some improvement.

It was way above our expectations. The cajun wings and apple cider cocktail were delightful. So were the crabs and fish and chips that we ordered. Highly recommended!

Cement floors with paper table cloths. Trying to imitate a typical NE USA crab shack but falls way short. Did stir the homesick feelings for a few seconds though. Service was sparse but accurate and polite. Now the food. We were a party of 7. We ordered black pepper crab, appetiser plate, fish n chips, and several of the olio and crab pastas. My Son wanted a crab burger but they were out of stock. The fish and chips were the highlight of the meal and I would rate that dish a 3. The rest was fair to poor. If you do go to eat here stick with the fish n chips. Do not buy the appetiser plate. Waste of money. The calamari was an elastic band coated in batter. The Cajun wings were so salty we left them on the table. The crab was way to salty, almost inedible. We all had water or soft drinks. Bill was $180. We won't be going back.

The experience was quite a let down. The seafood generally, was quite tasty but the prawns were not really fresh. The service was quite good though.

The place is air-conditioned and a lot of space - great for bringing my baby in a pram. Peaceful on a Saturday afternoon having lunch with, besides my family there was another sitting at the other end. The restaurant provided "adult bibs" and paper hand towels as it can be quite messy. Medium was really already quite spicy as recommended by the restaurant owner. Try HOT if you dare :)

Service is a bit slow. While the server is pleasant, she relied on another person to take order. Also we order the King of Crab combo and it comes with two bags of sauces and that is kinda of a miss as the seafood didn't take on the Flavours of the sauces. Also, I was persuaded to change my ice tea to free flow and no one comes to TOP up my drink. This visit pales in comparison to my first visit. For that, I give it a three. lack of servers, slow services, food not mixed with sauces.

I love the cajun fries, sri langka crab and prawns. This is already my 4th visit!

We ordered a captain, sailor set and halloween menu. The medium fully loaded and garlic butter sauce was fantastic as usual and the seafood was super fresh. Only grouse was no cajun wings due to halloween event. As most of the items on the halloween menu was pumpkin based and not being a big fan of pumpkin, it was nice but nothing fancy. Portion and presentation of the halloween menu could do with some improvement next year.

Delicious crab worth the price! Friendly and helpful staff. Ordered the Captain's Choice, fully loaded sauce and medium spiciness. Water flow from the tap at the washing area could be stronger though.

Seafood not as fresh compared to other similar Restraunt I went before previously. Price is about the same in general. Abit too oily, understandable for butter garlic but even for the Cajun one is oily.

Always tasty and fresh. Had the King of the Sea between 5 people and was perfect. Very fresh and best sauce around - "fully loaded"

From New England so have high expectations of seafood. Was very good and will be back again many times. Had the cajun style medium spice Alaskan king crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, mushrooms and a 1-for-1 beer at happy hour.

Fun, family restaurant. Good, helpful service. Not pushy, suggesting the right amount of food. Delicious, too. You must go hungry to get maximum enjoyment. Two thumbs up.

Always a great night - messy and yummy! The team are lovely and the seafood is always top quality; big portions and very tasty. Friday for free flow fries is awesome!

Cozy environment & friendly crew. This is second time we have been there. I believe the first experience to be better. However, the potion ordered was rather small and not as expected.

Great ambience, fresh seafood, succulent crabs. Second time here. Ordered the Captain's Choice, fully loaded, and medium spiciness. The baguette goes well with the sauce.

I recommend the captain's choice with fully loaded sauce medium spice. The Cajun wings are just right as well. Not my first visit and definitely not my last.

The food was great! Ordered 4 crabs for 7pax. The iced tea was a little diluted though.

There was only 1 wait staff on duty. It was a busy night at the restaurant but she was lovely... kept her cool and did her best to be fast, efficient and above all, smiley :) :) Unfortunately, that meant service level suffered to some extent... though the food did not take long to arrive so kitchen was still up to speed :) We were given ice tea on the house to thank us for our patience :) Not as good value for money compared to before though as the crab portion seems to have shrunk... definitely did not seem like 1kg worth of crabs :( but we were in a hurry so we quickly had our meal and left.
