food was really slow in preparation. took one and a half hour for the duck to be chopped. unacceptable speed.

The restaurant was way understaffed. Service (the waiting time between dishes was extremely long. Took 1 hr to receive our first dish and at least 40 min to receive the 2nd) was extremely slow though the food is delicious.

Venue was located in a remote part of Singapore. Reservations are highly recommended. Service is chummy and the service team is approachable. My dad and I had an enjoyable dim sum lunch
