Rosti is nice, ambience also excellent. Maybe the staffs should be more attentive

We saw huge cockroach below our seat. We got moved to another table and got 2 Makkoff ball as compensation, but we couldn’t help but wonder about the cleanliness of the establishment.

Went for the swiss national day. It was business as usual, no specials (a cheese selection was offered but made no sense). Only one “special” cocktail with eaux de vie which is absolutely not everyone’s cup of tea. It felt like they were trying to use up old stock that doesnt sell well. The food was good, as usual. We reserved for 9pm and they kicked us out before 11pm (might i remind you its the national day, we were hoping to celebrate a bit more). At 10:42 some waiter walked by our table to bark casually “we’re closed!”. Very disappointing. I used to be a loyal (swiss) customer but i guess ill celebrate elsewhere next year.

Went there for my wife's birthday, brought our 1 year old son along. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. They prepared everything [baby chair, baby eating utensils]. Staff also helped us take beautiful photos. We ordered the regular cheese fondue, loved the bread and sides [vegetables and potatoes]. We also ordered the chicken corden bleu, honestly that one could be improved as the chicken was a little blend and dry.

General experience was ok but the food was nothing to shout home about.

Very cheesy and quite authentic cheese fondue which is close to the Swiss taste! Cheese is lighter in taste but overall is nice! the meringue with Gruyère cream is worth the calories as well.

There was no choice of sitting inside or outside. At the time of reservation, I was not asked what my preference was, so we were just seated outside, right in front of the entrance, which was not how I expected to spend Valentine's dinner, especially not for that price. One appetizer, two main dishes, and one dessert for SGD88 a person seems a bit much. I was a returning customer, having been there several times, but I will consider returning again as this experience was not acceptable.

had our valentine dinner here, more than disappointed yes, I wasn't expecting fancy over the top service, but a meal for 2 over 200$ should not equate to sitting so close to other tables that we can literally touch other guest's elbows, nor did I expect to wait 30ms for our mains, and oh, our salmon came without the sauce, and 30s after, a guy from the kitchen ran out to take it back, didn't explain anything, poured the sauce and put back on the table. To the owner: Don't be too greedy and overbook your restaurant. Seriously

Pork was good. But we did not know that we have to keep calling the server to serve our next list on the menu. We waited so long after our appetiser came . Only till we called the waitress to ask why is it taking so long.

The classic cheese fondue never disappoints, and the curly Cou Cou salad is a great counterpoint.

Beau restaurant avec une grande terrasse très agréable ! Les serveurs étaient au petit soins, souriant et très accueillant. ça faisait plaisir de manger du bon fromage, la fondue était très bonne mais la portion jugée un peu petite pour 2 selon nous. Repas le vendredi soir, pas trop de bruit alors que le restaurant était complet en intérieur.

Environment is nice but the cheese fondue is not as nice

Food was good as usual and love it. However when we reached the restaurant there was no guests, and i booked a table in advance. But we were asked to sit either on the bar counter or outside table. Since we wanted to have cheese fondue, we didn’t want to sit a counter seats, we took the outside table…. Although the seating area is covered and our table area was dried, but it was heavy rain outside. So we felt odd and uncomfortable. If the table area were fully booked, the restaurant should have told us in advance or when we arrived. Since the restaurant asked to put $60 to secure the booking, this is the least they can do to the customer who booked in advance.
