COLLIN'S® - Marina Square

Greeter/host was very unfriendly, couldn't do his job well. Ignored customers and was rude. Server served orders without even bothering to verify if the order was meant for my table. She didn't even know what she was serving. Food was cold and the steaks were over done and my orders were 1 medium rare, 1 medium. Wonldnt recommend

Loved the fish dish here. The fish tasted fantastic. The fries are not fried, but just dipped in oil, and were moist, hot, and crisp. The fish bowl, however, was quite dry, and the sides were on the dry side. Loved it. Good service.

Nice and tender steak. Served with butter and mayo. I could not eat it without it. They have some great sauces. You will love this steak and my husband and I love it. We love when you eat some of the better steaks. Love it a lot!

Repeated visit. Black pepper chicken is delicious. So was the pork burger

The food was mediocre at best, especially for the price. Understand they’re busy but one of the waiters (maybe manager?) looked quite annoyed when all we wanted to do was to order food.

Noisy place but food quality is good n serving generous. Service level could be improved as still very slow despite automation.

I like the extensive menu of western food provided by collins. This is the first visit for me. I am impressed by the choices and the free range chicken offer on the menu.

With Collin's loyalty program, it is great deal. Food price and quality meet my expectation. However, the music might be too loud and it is difficult to talk over a long table.

Service at Marina Square need to improve. Either you don’t see any service crew or you don’t. Had to remind on missing mains and desserts.

Food is good. Service is slow. Waited quite long. Starters that were more like side dishes came after the mains were served. Very weird.

Is it because this branch is busy? The service experience and food not really good.

We love the food. Neutral feelings for service and atmosphere, it did not seem that the restaurant is shorthanded and it is truly busy at dinner time; the staff are doing making sure patrons were served and tables were cleared. But the food still arrived 45 mins to an hr late, we waited half an hour for our desserts to be serve; a sliced of cake and an ice cream for my husband's birthday, why took so long. The patrons seated next to our table got frustrated with the wait and made an ugly fuss at the service staff. The staff were patient and calm at the shouting of loud scolding. However, we will return for the food.
