It is crowded, only 2 staffs available despite the peak lunch hours. However, food quality is incredible. Love the beef pho soup.

Second time back at the restaurant but unfortunately food took 45-60 minutes to come (same for the surrounding table). Staff was apologetic but it seem like they were severely understaffed on a weekend.

First time at the Boat Quay branch, the food and atmosphere was good. Booked a table for 2 on a weekend evening. We were served by Ice, who was friendly and attentive to all her diners, checking on us periodically. Had Beef Pho Noodle Soup, Crispy Spring Roll and the Sautéed Beef Vermicelli. We also had the caramel pudding dessert but didn't know it had coffee in it. My girlfriend can't take coffee and wasn't able to enjoy that. Nevertheless, it was a good dining experience.
