Cheng's Gourmet Food Bar

Food was good and served quickly. Please note that the opening time is (or was when you are reading this) wrongly listed. We booked for Sunday at 11:30am, but when we arrived they did not know about our reservation and stated they were opening at 12:00. Once we showed our reservation confirmation they let us wait inside.

Food was above average but first impressions weren't great when I saw the number of unavailable items on the menu. The fish and chips was good. Chicken confit was tasty but it was just warm. Could do better.

1. The coffee machine was working when we were there. 2. 2 items out of the entire Brunch menu was not available 3. Quality of the food weren't great. I ordered the Carbonara and it was rather bland. My partner ordered the Big Breakfast and he said it's bad too. Definitely not going back there again. And considering that it's a Sunday brunch time, mthe place is awfully quiet with just another pair of customers present.

Hipster café with the expected decor and the so-so service. But better than expected food. Wagyu burger had good comments from those at the table but one noted the bun was a little mushy. The portion however was substantial and pleased everyone. Tomyam pasta was tasty but a little dry. Needs some moisture - perhaps prawn stock - to bring out the flavours better. The grilled fish with brown rice had a thumbs up. The coffee however was a let down. So overall a better than average experience for the food, but perhaps skip the coffee unless all you need is a caffeine boost.

Decided to go there for dinner with my family because of the glowing reviews I read online. The service was good but the food was a real disappointment.

Nice and quiet place! Food is tasty. Pulled pork pancakes super good value. Gula melaka hotcakes a little sweet and heavy, but otherwise really good as well.

Had the burger. Decently sized and really tasty. Huge range of craft beers available as well. Recommend the spam fries as well! Thoroughly enjoyable visit

nice place with good ambiance. food is not bad too. Ultraviolet floral cooler is a must try for it's pretty visual effect. Taste wise was pretty normal.

Food was awesome and the service was great as well. The ribs I had was just a bit too tough for my liking. The ambience was great for chilling. Would recommend this place to others 👍

Had the set lunch which was value for money. Decent food but nothing to shout about. My friend asked abt gluten free dishes and they did not seem to have any.
