Setting great for all FRIENDS fans but the food was very ordinary and prices ridiculously high. We went at 8.30 pm and there were only 6 customers.

I requested a sofa 10 days before the visit and we were told on arrival that none of the sofa's were available or reserved for us despite that being requested in advance. Sat a regular table, like a walk in...

Booking done in anticipation to celebrate my brother's birthday. However, it was disappointing. The orders were wrong: - My sister in law was served with another dish. The waitress said it was seafood marinara. Only to realise later it was my son's order of Lobster pasta. - we ordered another Lobster Pasta but it came 45min later after all of us had eaten finish and my son was starving. - my drink did not come. I had to remind the waiter to serve me. - the order for a medium-rare beef steak came 30mins after ordering and it was well done. We had to ask for a change to be made. The steak came another 10min later. - we ordered edible helium balloon which the waited said was available. When asked to serve dessert, they said it wasn't available and requested us to change our order. - we ordered chicken wing for sides but it didn't come at all. I had to check the bill and told the waited to take it out. The good point was the continuous screening of Friends and the cafe had many picture - worthy area. In all, I wouldn't go back again.

Overall it’s a cozy and nice place with great food and drinks. But, it’s a bit overpriced to be honest.
