The Grill Platter features a selection of freshly grilled meats, including Roasted Wagyu Beef Cubes, Gochujang Spice Marinated Pork Belly, Cajun Chicken Thigh, Pork Cheese Knackers Sausage, and Singapore Chicken & Beef Satay. Each platter is served with an assortment of accompaniments such as Natural Jus, Dijon Mustard, Sambal Mayo, and Peanut Sauce.
