Very good food with very decent pricing. Eel was too bony and every mouth is filled with bones that is non digestable

small cosy space, not worth without entertainer. grilled pork was very tough. rice and salad were nice

The food was really yummy. I ordered curry rice with the beef patty. The beef was really tasty! However, if not for the burpple 1 for 1, the food would have been slightly too pricey.

Wanted to use shopback go 1-4-1 deal told by the boss not allowed as shopback set the rule at least 2 diners need to bepresent to use the deal, but was nt stated in t&c. So checked wif shopback, they set they do not have that rule. So confront a staff and told her shopback does nt have that rule. The staff checked wif the boss, the boss still say no bcoz burplee and others need at least 2 ppl so he wanted to follow. Dishonest boss, at first say is shopback who set the rule while in fact it is him who wanted to follow burplee and other deals rule. 1 diner or 2 diner still pay the same price and he dun 1 to do my business, dun understand his logic, and he should honor the deal since it is not written in t&c, if he wants to add it nxt time to the t&c at least honor it when it was still nt in t&c as other business does honor it usually. *shakes head.

Unusually wide range of quality meats found on the menu of this simple eatery in the sleepy part of the mall. Had their roast beef don, which was pretty good as the meat was soft and moist; not exactly melt in the mouth as advertised :) Prices are steep for the amount served, but i trust their meats are sourced from quality suppliers. I'm curious about the Kagoshima tonkatsu, so could be back again...

We had quite high expectations of the food as the place is a sister restaurant of deli's kitchen. The food was ok though, and the service is commendable.

I was looking forward to my first dining experience with Biseryu but was vastly disappointed by the uncomfortable seating, cold beef served and horrible service recovery. When we told the staff that part of the beef is cold (and raw), I was even more shocked to be told to take another bite to check if other slices are also cold. In the end, instead of replacing a whole new set for me, the staff replaced 2 slices of beef frm my plate that were deemed cold. Worse is, he kept repeating, " I'm just going to replace these 2 slices." We didn't want to make a fuss for the entire change because we have already waited 30 minutes for the food and really just want to get out of the place as soon as we finish the meal.

Delicious food and great service. Some item sold out will visit again to try.

First time visiting Biseryu. Although the shop was a little short handed when we visited at 7pm on Sunday, they still try their best to attend to us. We had the roast beef Don & portion was generous for Medium size. They had a new fatty salmon don and I tried it. At $12.90 it was pretty decent size & yummy. The starter of Fried octopus was a disappointment as it is a bit too saltish & also portion is miserably small for $10!
