We really enjoyed the food though soup can be a little salty. But still love the collagen soup base. Great service and staffs! Always around to help.

Food was quite tasty but rather pricey (you have to pay extra if you want to make use of the sauce bar). Service was acceptable for the price point; could have been better (e.g. staff refill our teapot). Am grateful that they held our table for us though, and let us stay to finish our meal. Note that there's a smell that gets into your clothes.

Great and easy ! Very convi as well. Can cancel and rebook if you last min cannot make it. I will come back again! Awesome

Food was great but service was pretty bad. Was seated at a corner and had a hard time grabbing the attention of waiters. Would appreciate if they could improve on that cos otherwise it’s perfect :)

Food was good even though it’s on the pricey end for steamboat. Maybe there wasn’t a lot of people eating when I went (130pm) there weren’t a lot of staff walking around, so took quite a while for us to get some service. But when the service did come, they really deliver.

I find that it wasn’t up to the hype. Still prefer Hai di lao or Coca. The overall service wasn’t that fantastic. It’s quite expensive tho

Staff was attentive in the beginning when we entered at 5.30pm.. when the crowd started coming in at 6.15pm... it got more difficult to get their attention to fill up drinks and to clear the dishes..

Service is not as good as usual even though the crowd does not look big. The food is still delicious, and services can be better in future!

Favourite steamboat restaurant, with best service and freshest food. Strongly recommended for group and family. The Mala and collagen soup are my favourite combination. 😄

Abit losted at first at what to do but staff are very friendly, after that was all good, I highly recommend getting the beancurd skin.

Not able to cope with dinner crowd. Service level dropped as compared to off-peak hour. Need to re-look and improve on work process to ensure frontline staff is able to cope.

Service was great! You pay for the quality ingredients and definitely worth it. Must try - Collagen soup was so good! The spicy broth tastes better than HDL's.

Went during non-peak hours, 5pm for dinner. Service was relatively slow. Waited 30mins for drinks to arrive after ordering, even when the restaurant was not packed at all.

It would be a good idea to pick up all coming calls, thats good service excellence instead of keeping your guests hanging and guessing whether tables are available. On the whole, service is good.

The collagen soup is da bomb! Cozy seats n ambience. Food is served timely n everything was fresh. Requested to have d round table next to the playground so watch over the kid!

Came here because we wanted to try another brand of steamboat apart from HDL. We were utterly disappointed by the food... both food and soup bases did not taste good. We waited very long for the services and bill payment. Will not come to the Centrepoint branch again.
