BANGKOKJAM - Wheelock place

Quiet & nice ambience. Food sold at a decent pricing

Location is and services are OK. Unfortunately something is wrong with the ice machine so there were some water leaking beside our table. Other than that is fine.

Boat noodles taste decent, the meatballs were really good though. For drinks we had ice lemon tea (very nice) and Thai milk tea (also very nice).Service was fast.Worth returning? Yes!

The staffs did not set-up the table for 5 before our arrival at the restaurant. Overall the food taste quite good and serve quite fast.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who recommended the most delicious dishes for us and they turned out beautiful! The serving portion is just nice too

Really poor service and mediocre food. Messy and disorganized, feels more like a food court than a restaurant. It used to be good but it was rather disappointing hence will not go back.

Lunch set got value for money but Food qulaity so so only. Entire restaurant only 2 staff working, they are totally not attentive. May not want to go back there again

Showed up on a weekday around 1pm. The location is not very busy. Food is okay for the price. Although I did find empty shrimp shells in my Pad Thai

The environment was rather quiet and their service was quite prompt. Food portion was small. I tried the new dishes. Food and pricing is average.

Absolutely atrocious service. Second serving food ordered, waited 30mins and was told it wasn't even prepared despite 2 reminders within that period. Cancelled the order, paid for the meal. Would never return!

Our party of four had lunch at Bangkok Jam Wheelock. The service is reasonable given that the restaurant was not totally full but we had to wait for service staff to take our order. It would have been a better experience if the service staff asked how we would like our food to be served, i.e. all at once or appetizer first, etc. Food is nice. We enjoyed our food selection.

My second time at the Wheelocks Place outlet. No lunch crowd, easy to book. Food is served quick and timely, Staff strength is sufficient so service is fast and good location for a quick meal.

The restaurant was not too crowded, booking was a breeze. They serve lovely Thai cuisine with a lot of varieties. Love the Prawn-Pomelo for appetizer, one of my favorites.

As compared to other outlets, Wheelock branch is less crowded hence more cozy to chill out with friends after work. Good to be able to share with friends to enjoy variety in fair portion except for the tomyam soup...Prefer to be serve in a bigger bowl...

I ordered noodle soup with pork balls and pulled pork. It was not bad. Pretty tasty. Also ordered Pomelo prawn salad. there were only 2 pieces of prawns and plenty of Pomelo. was expecting more prawns like in the picture. service was decent.

Not much crowd. No waiting time. Food was served promptly. service was relatively fast and good. quiet ambience. Food taste was satisfactory. price was reasonable
