Not too bad but pricey~ Location is good & table arrangement is spacious~ However, I will only go again if they are doing a promotion~ =)

2nd time there in two weeks. Cleary, we enjoyed the last round and hence back again with a work group this time. 3 set lunches, 3 happy diners. Thanks guys! We'll be back.

We've come here a number of times now, but today the wait was just that much longer than usual, especially for desserts. Top tip: Order your dessert at the start, ask them to serve it mid-way through your main, so you need not wait so long. =)

The Food was pretty good, authentic too. The olive rice was particularly outstanding. Service was good too, from the manager at least. tip: try the coconut ice cream!

The food is good. Portion a bit small. Pricey too. Nice ambience. Love the groupon offer. Good location. Would recommend the pamelo with prawns - something nice and unique.

Food was so-so. Service was bad. Right before I entered, before I ordered food, after I ordered food, till the moment I was gonna pay the bill, I had shown them my reservation booking on the quandoo app. The waitresses and manager kept saying we have a 1-for-1 discount via this app, so we ordered according to the discounts, but just when we about to pay the bill, they were unable to key in the promo code, then they suddenly say that this is not the app, they thought it was the entertainer app, but I had shown them this app so many times, passed them my phone so many times, and no one realised?! Then they just said oh sorry coz it looks almost the same, everyone come with this app. Hello?? Is all your staff knowledge only limited to entertainer app?? There's chope, quandoo and so many more?? They don't even know what are the promotions and apps they have, and they obviously don't train their staff well, as seen from their complete lack of knowledge!

Food is quite good and reasonably priced. The service staff, while helpful, is not attentive. Nonetheless, it is a pleasant dining experience. Will return as the food is quite good.

The food was nice but service was very bad. 1. The waitress that was serving us does not seems to be well-knowledge of the store on-going promotion. We presented our passioncard to the waitress to confirm if we are entitled to 20% discount. Without checking, she straight away answered us no. But my colleague was very sure she saw the promotion email that she received, indicating of the 20% discount for à la carte items. But anyway, luckily my colleague not deciding to give up, decided to clarify one more time with the cashier staff when making payment and she had that email ready in her mobile phone to show to the cashier staff. Thankfully, the cashier staff knew of that promotion and gave us our 20% disc for our à la carte items. 2. My colleague's lemongrass drink was not served even after countless reminder to the waitress (the same waitress that does not seems to be well-knowledge of the store on-going promotion). Even till the point of when we are making payment for our meals, her drink was still not served! We had to change the drink to take-away. Sadly for my colleague, she does not have any drink throughout her meal! They explained that there was miscommunication among that staff and the waitress thought we had cancelled our lemongrass drink. How can she thought that we have cancelled our lemongrass drink when we keep reminding her that the drink is not yet served.

Reservation was ready for 7 of us though we arrived earlier and they were kind to let us wait for most in the group to arrive before ordering

Very nice steamboat buffet with lots of choices and with branches which are convinently located . The food is also value for money and sure to make you happy

Good food, but service is slow and at times when we want to place order, the service staff is nowhere to be found...they'll resurface after a while

The food was great! But a bit under staffed. It didn't feel like the usual Bangkok Jam where i thought it would be more high class. Overall good dining experience.

Very nice interior decorations and food presentation. Was only there for high-tea. So tried their authentic mango stick rice, which was so nice! Worth trying!

Forgotten our order even though the waitress repeated our order... All my friends finish their main and mine was still not serve... The restaurant was not even busy... Only 4 tables of 2-3pax each... The food was only just edible....

There is 1 restaurant manager named Francis, he is a very patient n polite guy. He will explained and recommend foods and promotion for us. Very good service. For food: last week we just have Tom Yum soup, but this soup doesn't taste enough spicy. If is more spicy it will be nicer. But overall the foods was satisfied.

Restaurant's interior seatings layout not very good. Was assigned to the back where it is not very visible by waiters or waitresses. The environment was too warm.

Food is delicious and service is excellent. My friends and I bought along a cake with us which we could not finish and had to pack away. The service staff was nice enough to provide us with take-away container at no cost.

Visited the Bugis outlet. Location is good and can be reached via MRT. Food is nice and tasty. Waiting time for the food is reasonable (less than 15 mins). Staff are friendly.

The side dishes is very special ESP the pomelo with prawns. But for the main dishes, the pork crackling w spaghetti not that fantastic because the pork was so hard to bite. But overall the food is good!

i feel that the food is overpriced and the portion is small size. i going there is for seabass but the staff said is not available now. i would not visit it again.
