Place looked very grubby. Waiters not helpful. All stand around chatting to one another. Eggs Benedict was OK....not fantastic. Sourdough bread was so hard I couldn't cut it with a knife.

Went on a Monday 4pm and it was relatively quiet and quaint. Nestled within a private estate, so the vibe was totally chill. Bagel and coffee are decent.
