The place is nice and the wait staff are friendly and cheerful. Good place to relax and chill after a long day. Will definitely recommend and will visit again.

Been a few times after the name changed. Not a nice as it used to be. The crowd is different and band not as good. Miss Balaclava days.

Service was great. Food was reasonable, but the band on Friday is not good, honestly the lady singer was not too great, tends to eat her words while singing.

My Wife and I wanted to check out the newly opened Joint and hoping to find a more vibrant experience from its predecessor, Balaclava but unfortunately it's more of the same saved the change of name!

Great food, LIVE band was interesting and great with variety of songs including Cantonese ones! Cosy enough to chat too! Will return for sure and recommended!

Have been a few times previously and enjoyed the band. However this time round was a different band playing. Prefer the previous band and crowd.

Like the ambience and drinks are reasonably cheap. However I was not pleased with the extension of my whiskey. Not flexible in extending the date. Mine expired on 6 March 2017 and said that definitely I can finish by 15 March 2017. The previous manager was able to extend another month for me and I was pleased

Drinks and food were really good!!! Would recommend the chicken wings and hokkien mee to anyone that's heading over for drinks. And of cos their gin tonic is the bomb!

Was there on Good Friday eve. Great atmosphere, especially outside, but disappointingly no live band. Luckily music played was Ok if a bit too loud indoors. Finger food was good, mains so so but expansive - $18 for a plate of Hokkien noodles! The $23 for two bottles of beer & stout all night long helped to even things up as was the $98 for two bottles of wine till 9pm. Overall the experience was better than when the place was known as Balaclava. Hopefully the new management adds live music for holiday eves. Btw, service was great and always with a smile!

My friends and I enjoyed the food and drinks. We ordered hokkien mee, satay, calamari rings, dumplings and quesadillas. Live band was good! Nice ambience for get together. We will definitely be back!

Made reservations for 5 people, but they gave us a small table with only 2 chairs... we kept having to ask for more chairs and eventually they brought them over. They seem to have lots of staff but the service is always very inconsistent. Otherwise, the ambiance is great because they always have good bands playing and the Dj plays a lot of old school R&B tunes. The food is decent. The drinks are reasonably priced and they don't skimp on the liquor in the mixed drinks.

It's not a restaurant - it's a bar in a shopping mall with curtains up to hide the big mall windows. Booking a table was a complete waste of time - turned up and just got out at the end of the bar next to a big pile of glasses. Clearly not something you would ever book. Awful experience, stayed for one drink and went to a proper restaurant.

Very Nice ambiance and awesome music. I will recommend more friends to join me next time. Hope they have better 1 for 1 offer for beer rather then bottle beer I wish it could be 1 for 1 for draft beer as well.

Reservation is prompt whuch managed to get to my table almost immediately. Good ambience & drinks. Service can be improved by having more attentative staffs

Great place to chill and catchup with friends for a decent conversation. Not too crowded but nothing very happening. Live band could have been better.

The service was good. Comfortable sofa seating for my 6 guests. It was ladies night and each had 2 free drinks Great band & DJ spins our fav retro music. Will be back soon for our 2nd bottle of whisky.

The bar is basically good, however not so much choice for food. It could be better if provide more variety of food so that customer can enjoy proper meal and drinking

Services from waiter is helpful, when I want to find an indoor seat to avoid the smoking area. Although the venue is full, he tried to stil find me a good sofa seat for me and my husband. We are so grateful.

Service still not bad. Pretty nice and cosy sofa seats with no minimum spending. Food and drinks are generally quite expensive. Mature crowd. Reservation before 830 is a bit constraint .

It is a nice place for chill out. We ordered chicken wings & mini burgers. Food is nice. The live band is good & hope they can sing more.

Great music during my visit playing songs from the 80s & early 90s. Like the DJ's choice. Like the band too. One small feedback - music were just a bit too loud. What's amazing was the food as it was better than expected comparing other bars & night spots. And the serving size was great. Like!

Loud music even for alfresco seats, average service standards but friendly though. Food menu expensive and surely can improve with more variety e.g pizzas, burgers

We had 8 people there and at first they gave us the table at the corner. After our request the kind staff moved us to the center of sofa area, from where we enjoy the amazing live music a lot. Thank you.

great live music, a place for our enjoyable moments and a place for gathering. simply love the atmosphere. however waiters and waitresses not observant enough.

We had birthday party there last night and enjoy the fantastic live band show and cheerful atmosphere. Definitely revisit and recommend my friends. Just love it.
