Requested for a candle. Meant for a birthday surpise but was not fulfilled even though i reminded them the day before. Staff called to confirm and told me high tea only starts at 1:30pm so i change my appt time from 1130am to 1:30pm. Ended up the menu wrote high tea starts at 1pm. Seriously. Nonetheless food was great! thou wrong pairing of biscuits with the tea ordered.

Food is delicious! Had the high tea menu! The high tea timing on the menu is not the same as what the waiteress has told me & my friend. Overall good experience!

Food was consistently delicious! Teas were refreshing. Service was good.

It was for a friend's birthday but service staff were all quite gloomy except for a lady. Food was decent and wouldn't be surprise it was so quiet during a Fri night with its service standards. Hopped over to providore for desserts for her bday and the service standards were drastically different and much enjoyable.

Pleasant and comfortable dining area. Was a bit noisy due to some rowdy customers, i guess.

Favored by my young-ish nieces. Service staff was friendly & efficient. Some more than others. Not usually a prawn person, I found the prawns here were fresh & well prepared. Good indicator of quality & freshness.

Food was reasonably good. However, service staff could have been more attentive.

Overall is good but too much food for high tea. Maybe we are small eater or had too much for brunch.

Good ambience. Meh service. Server serves without introducing the order. We order tea set for 2, but served with no side plates. Had to get up, and walk around to ask for attention. Keep in mind, it wasnt crowded at that moment.

The Hightea menu on the website was not updated. When we arrived and checked with the staff on duty, no explanation or apologies was provided. We ordered the seafood hightea for 2 pax and a signature hightea for 1 pax. Given the price of the hightea, we don't feel that it was justified given the variety and ingredients used.

Restaurant provide good environment and the food was very good

Please train your staff to handle customer/s request politely (e.g. condiments). Tell them not to reply with a sarcastic.

Dined here 2x, 2 days in a row. Food was beautifully presented & was deliciously seasoned. Superb Beijing Dynasty and great Waltz in the Wave dishes! Love their tea selection, specially the refreshing cold Lychee Tea! Service was good & prompt. Wish iced drinking water was offered for free when you order meals though, as I prefer to have water with my meals and order my tea with dessert. This is the first restaurant we've encountered that didn't offer free iced water when you dine in their resto, in all the countries we've traveled to in the world (which is a lot). Was very surprised about this policy.

Best to avoid the window seats if going for afternoon tea if not the sun will be shining directly. Their lobster tail for the seafood high tea set is over cooked and feels like chewing rubber. Not recommended in general.

We were seated near the windows so it was very warm. The food took a long time to be served and it was difficult to get the servers’ attention but when we asked for the bill, it came amazingly quickly. We went on Good Friday at 1.30pm and had the seafood high tea. Food was meh. A little disappointing. Drinks were yummy though.

It’s cozy, suitable for a small gathering with your loved ones/ friends.

We had our family get-together to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was a great afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful. I rang up a day to make reservation, it was efficient as well.

I had a wonderful time catching up with a Friend. She was late and I sat there for 45 minutes without ordering anything but the staff did not bother me. Good overall service and I say it is a great place to chill in the afternoon.
