The cuisine was really good and the staff was friendly but they could not handle the peak hour well. Our last item took an extra 20 -25 minutes to appear. We love the lady in traditional costume dancing through the dining areas and the music that goes with it. However, the Christmas carols were too loud and it is a cultural clash since the Silk Road cuisine is predominantly Muslim. Perhaps that can be looked into. The staff were also shouting instructions at one another and that contributed to the din, such that it was impossible to hear one another in a conversation. Do NOT allow the previous ambience of the restaurant to deteriorate. It is a pretty lovely restaurant and the company should do its best to preserve that.

We walked out of the restaurant when the manager refused to comply to out request to change our table as requested in the booking a quiet corner to celebrate birthday. We assured we eat fast n will leave asap because the place was half empty. Very unpleasant visit, will not visit there again

The overall experience is good. The staffs there are all very attentive. Food is good to us as it's our 1st time trying this type of cuisine. Must order it the green pepper fish and grilled lamb.

The taste and food itself are similar to food served in China. Nice lamb stick prepared locally that I have tried so far. Great and attentive staffs too.

Lovely restaurant, second time there already. Food was great, and the valentines set meal was super value for money. Just that the staff were all very busy, ordering was quick but later in the night it was hard to get a staff to refill our drinks.

The service is extremely good starting from the receptionist to the floor manager. Staffs are quite helpful and especially the Chinese female Manager are very enthusiastic and always serve us with smile. Anyway, we are regular customers. Thank you for the great service. Besides, The ambience is very comfortable.
