An old school teochew restaurant with many dishes on the menu.
Awesome, delicious food, quick served, friendly helpers,A rich and authentic Teochew flavor。
good food and good service. Convenient parking. Restaurant environment is clean and not noisy
my Holland friends likes the food. they truly hadn't experience
the other dishes were ok prawn ad spinach well done. the braised duck was very tough
Food very nice Have air conditioner and outdoor area Want try other menu next time Place bellow HDB
Food serving is fast and delicious too. But maybe can regulate the time of serving, in the end we end up with too many dishes on a table
No need to wait. Table was ready. Great food and service.
The food was good as usual. Just that some items not available during the CNY period.
My first trip to Ah Orh Seafood Restaurant. Ambience very nostalgic, back to the sixty, I love it. Food is very flavorful plus reasonable price. I highly recommend Ah Orh Seafood Restaurant to everyone who love Authentic Teochew Cusine.
Seating is mostly indoors with aircon; Food quality is not bad; white pomfret was fresh and I’d definitely recommen Service was quick and efficient.
Great service and delicious food. Their Orh Nee is a must have to end a scrumptious meal.
Very nice traditional teochew restaurant. Ordered braised duck, and braised tofu.
Dishes were served pretty fast. Food is fresh although braised duck is a bit salty for my taste.
Overall the food we ordered was good! Tried the pork jelly dish for the first time! Teochew duck, kway tiao, cold crab, pork belly and orh nee was the few fav items. Just a bit disappointed with the chilli crab sauce- quite blend imo but the crab was fresh and the sambal lala which lack some oomph..but fresh lala
The price is acceptable but the dishes served had too much starchy gravy. The braised duck had a layer of belly pork to make the dish looked bigger. The chestnut braised chicken had hardly any chestnuts. Only the steam promfret was good and liked by the diners. The oyster egg was good but it was too small a serving. The yam bisket pork ribs were too boney with little meat.
Brought my elderly parents for dinner since remembered my dad brought me for lunch 30 years ago along Eu Tong Sen (hawker centre). Assigned table with a/C, service not bad
Standout dishes were the oyster omelette, teochew kway teow, orh nee. What really made this an unforgettable experience was the friendly service and cozy atmosphere. Felt like you are dining over at someone's home
Authentic Teochew food, especially the fish maw soup. Friendly service staff.
Food was nice, ambience was great and staff eager to help. Sufficient parking lots.
The quality of the food was good and the price is reasonable
Very friendly staff and nice food. Will go back again
This old school teochew restaurant serves authentic teochew food at reasonable prices.
My last visit was in July 2024, and this visit was for a birthday celebration. The dishes were delicious, and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
Good but prefer less salt and less oil for health reason
The fish served was not hot enough for my liking
Service was fast and efficient . Food was good and prices are reasonable .
Enjoyed the good food there. Nice cool ambience and attentive staff.
Classic teochew dishes, love the steamed pomfret, fish maw soup and braised duck/pork!
We had our regular group gathering at Ah Orh n it was an excellent choice. The food quality n quantity were fantastic, tasted so great as Teochew food should. The steamed ikan kurau tail was perfectly done. Other 7 dishes also perfect. Service was prompt too. Keep it up.
Old school place with great taste! Love the nostalgic taste, food prepared with so much sincerity we can feel it in our guts.
The food in general was very mediocre but expensive. The steamed fish for 6 was extremely small, hardly enough to be divided.
The food was excellent- one of the best for traditional teochew cuisine. Service was good; food was delivered fast and restaurant was clean. Will be back!
There was no air con table available when we arrived and we were told that our reservations were for outside table. There should be a note in our reservations to inform us of this as we may choose to eat elsewhere, especially on a hot day. The cold crab and the steamed pomfret were good. The prawn cakes were average. But the fried vegetable (HongKong Kailan) was poorly done.
Food is delicious and service is fast. Will go back again to try other dishes
The service was good and the food was great and provided value for money.
The staff are helpful and friendly; ample and convenient parking during lunch time.
An old school authentic teochew restaurant with tasty dishes at reasonable prices.
All good, except for fish maw soup … a bit too starchy. We have chill pork jelly, veg, stirred fried crayfish, prawn roll. Not sure if it’s reasonable . Total cost is $135.00 (before GST @ 9%) which overall amount is $147.15 for 4 Pax.😉
Food is expensive. Cost $80 per person. Service so so.
Enjoyed the cold crabs and prawn roll very much. Not too crowded, so could talk easily.
Good Teochew steam pomfret, fish and nice. The fried Teochew hor fun was good too.
Service was good! The food was extremely delicious. Highly recommended!!
The service was ok, yummy oyster egg, too much msg.
Had the fish steamboat which comes out in a charcoal hotpot if you sit outside. Fish meat, wang bok and yam. Was good, but I must say, nothing spectacular.
Foods are nice. Our 2nd time there within one month
As always, a great place to have a dinner with friends, enjoying the traditional Teochew dishes!
Food was decent but not mindblowing. Old school deco, perfect for bringing elderly
Great tasteful teochew styled food, service with heart and smile, cost-wise could perhaps be lower.
Food was authentic and very good. Price are reasonable and acceptable
