excellent food & attentive service! eclectic decor, cocktails served in cute teapots... was a little warm inside though

The food is great and the ambience is amazing, just wished that the space was a bit bigger because the table I had was a bit small and cramped.

Pet friendly, unique food & beverages, except cafe has limited seats & quite noisy due to the small area, however, I will consider to revisit as find the food & beverages are interesting.

The aburri truffle beef warmed my stomach and the truffle mushroom sourdough melt was a tasty treat. We ordered the strawberry ooling drink which was light and refreshing. Decor was regal and victorian and a place for great insta shots

I would prefer to have more food options. I actually really like the chicken leg that comes with the teapot thing, but looks like it has been removed from the menu. I really like that one

Cafe itself is certainly beautiful, however, as they are super understaff which resulted a very slow service. Food wasn't wow enough in term of taste.. Probably its my first and last visit

What a beautiful Victorian cafe nestled in a quieter corner of Paya Lebar. A contrast from the crowded PLQ, the stretch where this cafe is located is a good respite from the hustle & bustle. It was crowded on a busy Saturday afternoon, but it was still conducive for a long catchup over tea. Seats were comfy and the atmosphere was great! A few pet owners also brought their dogs to the cafe and it was a lovely sight as well. The food was not bad - we loved the refreshing iced teas and the Namban chicken was not bad as well. Hope to be back again to try more food in future!

Staff were friendly and attentive to respond to request readily.

The dessert took a long time. I am not sure the waiter heard us the first time we asked for it after we are done with the main course.

A Beautiful Day is a cosy restaurant. We love the deco of the restaurant and the cutleries used for presentation of food. The food is nice but we had no time during our lunch hour to order more. Portion of the food is small though the lunch set is served with salad. We also ordered drinks. Overall experience is lovely. Staff are helpful and approachable and they are pet friendly.

Pretty old-world English cafe with even a fireplace! Only the decor. Seems to be mostly a drinking place with long list of alcohol/drinks and snack food. Menu is varied with a rather strange section on Hakka food. Staff service is good!

Its a interesting deco place that is Pet friendly. The food taste good especially their drinks. However service is abit slow n not very attentive, probably due to the lack of staff. Good place if u want to chill out and not in a rush
