Zafferano Italian Restaurant & Lounge Singapore is Italian dining at its best. Gourmet Italian cuisine with a panoramic view over the city – what could be more romantic? Zafferano, at the very top of the Ocean Financial Centre in Singapore’s central business district, close to Raffles Place, provides the perfect atmosphere for enjoying a night of elegance with that special someone, 43 stories up. With a beverage selection that’s nearly as extensive as the food menu, wine-lovers and foodies alike feel right at home in this upscale establishment on busy Collyer Quay.
Zafferano, meaning saffron in Italian, shines atop Singapore’s Ocean Financial Centre a stone’s throw from Raffles Place, providing upscale Italian cuisine in a luxurious atmosphere high above the city. Chef Emanuele Faggi, Zafferano’s kitchen maestro brings a unique flair for innovation, passion for his regional roots and astute technical expertise. Featuring a terrace, a wine cellar, two open kitchens and an antipasti bar, Zafferano provides more than just a dinner, but rather an experience.
At Zafferano, guests can enjoy a gourmet lunch menu, an a la carte menu, a degustation menu and several others – needless to say, diners are spoilt for choice at this high-end Italian restaurant. Try the roasted Bresse pigeon with Jerusalem artichokes, hazelnut, shallots and apple; the sous-vide and pan-fried Queensland rack of lamb served with roasted eggplant puree, bok choy and coffee powder, or the the superfino carnaroli acquerello risotto made from vercelli saffron and bone marrow topped with 24 karat gold leaves. Or perhaps the Zafferano four-course degustation menu – with matched wine, of course. Dessert is a must, with chocolate cremino white sable, yoghurt sponge served watermelon sorbet or mille-feuille topped with fresh berries and served with housemade vanilla ice cream, berry puree and sable bits. Oh, and there’s tiramisu and gelato on offer for those with a serious sweet tooth. You’re guaranteed to have a romantic night to remember at Zafferano’s on Collyer Quay in Singapore’s central business district – easily accessible from Raffles Place station, diners should still reserve a table in advance.

Beautiful place on the top floor of the building with amazing view. Had a great time there and food quality and service was good too.
Nice view with superb service. Loved their scallops and food there.
As always, food is very tasty and staff is very friendly. Enjoy dining there with my colleagues and definitely will dine in there again. Cheers
Cocktails to start were great and set the tone for the night. Great team really looked after us very well - Fizal did a great job for us - ask for him ... food and then music was great. Totally TOP evening!
This is a type of restaurant that had been very well designed. Has an excellent view from the 43 level to most of the important places on the City Business District. All inside and outside decoration had been designed with an extremely good taste. The food menu has a very wide variety of different plates and tastes and the way all are cooked and presented is also very good. I would recommend this restaurant and the place as one of the top 10 in Singapore
The ambience was chic and sophisticated, with a great view of the waterfront area from the outdoor lounge area just outside of the restaurant. Waiters were attentive, helpful and pleasant all the time. Food was refined and beautifully plated although I was a little disappointed with the black truffle shavings, which lacked any aroma. Would like to return to try their other dishes
I went there with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday. We had the tasting menu, together with both white and red wine. The service, the food and the atmosphere were excellent. After the dinner, we enjoyed the night view from the lounge which was amazing. It was pricey but well worth the unique experience. Excellent venue for special occasion.
Service and food were excellent. Wish that the table that we were seated was better, in that we had wanted a table nearer the glass windows that would have allowed us the view of the sea front and sports hub to watch the national day fireworks. Instead, we were given a table near the kitchen and the indoor projection screen was blocked by the bar counter.
visited Zafferano last week for 2 pax. easy reservation. nice place food not bad. worth to go. drinks okay too. will be going again .
The building administrator had failed to alert the restaurant about the need for cars to be removed from the basement carparks from 8 pm, which caused a hassle. Better communication between the building administrator and the restaurant would enable the restaurant to communicate any such parking issue to patrons at the point of making reservations. That said, the service in the restaurant and the food were very good.
