The set lunch was great - Burratina was really nice. I wish they had better alternative options to the meat selections available but the "Impossible" meatball pasta was nice and spicy. Overall, a great experience; can't go wrong.

At Zafferano, guests can enjoy a gourmet lunch menu, an a la carte menu, a degustation menu and several others – needless to say, diners are spoilt for choice at this high-end Italian restaurant. Try the roasted Bresse pigeon with Jerusalem artichokes, hazelnut, shallots and apple; the sous-vide and pan-fried Queensland rack of lamb served with roasted eggplant puree, bok choy and coffee powder, or the the superfino carnaroli acquerello risotto made from vercelli saffron and bone marrow topped with 24 karat gold leaves. Or perhaps the Zafferano four-course degustation menu – with matched wine, of course. Dessert is a must, with chocolate cremino white sable, yoghurt sponge served watermelon sorbet or mille-feuille topped with fresh berries and served with housemade vanilla ice cream, berry puree and sable bits. Oh, and there’s tiramisu and gelato on offer for those with a serious sweet tooth.
