Yeah, man, it’s Yeahman Caribbean Kitchen, the original and best Jamaican food flogger in Bournemouth. Established in 2005, Yeahman, by their own admission, love the jerk. It’s the jerk that makes this restaurant so exciting and the jerk that puts the soul into the prime meats that are used here. Yeahman Caribbean Kitchen is authentic Jamaican cooking and punchy rum cocktails at their finest, and you’ll find this rather popular, cool, shack-like restaurant on Poole Hill Road at The Triangle, right in the centre of town. For a full on feast you really need look no further. Do yourself a Jamaican flavour and reserve a table right away.
Excellent food.chilled atmosphere. Friendly and laid back.Fun! Very good value and good portions.Small menu but very interesting choices.Looking foreward to bbq in warmer weather.Def going back.
While we were on holiday in Bournemouth we always saw this restaurant. We made a decision that when we visited Bournemouth again we would visit this restaurant. We were not disappointed, the rice & peas, jerk chicken and the curry goat was made by a young woman, did she know how to season the meat, the whole meal was absolutely delicious and the portion was big compare to other restaurants. She even made some pop chicken seasoned with her special sauce which she gave to us as a taster oh my that was mind-blowing and delicious. Definitely will be going there again
Lovely food and service, quick and tasty. would recommend to my closest friends but not my enemies as enemies don't deserve to taste the fulfilled taste of the yeahman cuisine
Fabulous authentic atmosphere 10/10.....food 12/10 brilliant...........service excellent would highly recommend ....so much better than the usual chain type restaurants. Do yourself a favour and give it a go
Fantastic food with great service. I had the jerk chicken which was delicious. I will definitely be going back to try the goat curry x
We waited almost an hour after we had ordered for the food to arrive. Drinks are expensive. Waitress was very friendly but take away orders took priority over restaurant orders. Overall good experience though.
not good at all. firstly we was overcharged by £3. When phoned back to query this the waitress said unfortunately we overcharged you £3. I had to ask what they was going to do about it, as she clearly didn't suggest we come back for it. The food very poor..not good carribean food at all. I have cooked much better. And the waitress asked us what source we would like to go with our chicken..but did not mention they charge extra for it. Would never return or recommend.
