Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant

My family and I hv always been a great fan of xin cuisine. We love the : Excellent food (all e ingredients are so fresh) Excellent services (all e staffs are very polite, attentive, quick) Excellent quality and quantity of every dishes that are in e menu Creative dishes Excellent pen cai (which all my family members love so much) Amazing credit cards discounts and promotions (thumb up) Very unique and amazing dim sums Conclusion, e first thing when my family think of fantastic foods, desserts and dim sums, xin cuisine is e first restaurant that my family members will come in mind.

The waiters n waitresses r all part timers who r inexperienced. They were slow in refilling our glasses or changed our plates n bring the condiments for our sharks fin soup. However, all said the food were not too bad n my mum likes the steam fish best commenting that it was fresh although a little small for a table of 10. They had also short us 2 abalones in one of the dishes but when we spoke to the Manager, he readily served us.

Very good service, entrance of restaurant was elegant and classy but the stench of cigarette smoke in the lift and corridor outside was a put-off. Food presentation could be better. Portions are more generous than other similar class restaurants. Tea leaves duck and mango pomelo dessert were good. Some of the other dishes in the CNY set menu was just OK .

Great food and good service even though the place is a little small. CNY set menus were very good even for the lower end prices.

Great Cantonese cuisine. The tea duck and the roasted pork are to die for.

Food was delicious and flavourful. Ambience was nice and quiet. A comfortable first experience at this restaurant. It is ideal for family with kids too!

Soup of the day and duck were good. Roast pork was lean, good if you prefer it that way. Lamb chop and fish were so-so imho. Will be back again.

The dim sum at xin cuisine was creative and delectable and I would definitely pay any visit to the restaurant. Atmosphere was quiet and ambience was great, leading to a totally enjoyable dim sum breakfast on a serene sunday morning.

Great ambience, attentive service and delicious food. What more can I ask for? My second visit here and standards still maintained. Will definitely return in the near future.

Ambience was great. The dim sum was oki but the dessert really did have the "wow" factor. Definitely must try out the dessert esp the pumpkin one
