In fact, the team at Xi Yan believe food is art in that it should look beautiful as well as taste delicious, and the menu at Xi Yan is award-winning as testament to this. Xi Yan Tanjong Pagar is a stylish restaurant that also doesn’t try too hard. This Craig Road dining space is perfectly balanced which makes it an exciting place to kick back and relax, but still leaves room for the Asian-inspired food to do all of the talking. Which is just as well, because only the freshest ingredients are used daily and prepared according to the specific number of reserved guests expected. There’s no a la carte menu at Xi Yan Private Dining Singapore, but rather there are set menus that change on a weekly basis and are carefully crafted down to the most precise detail.
As the menus – Xi Jan Tanjong Pagar is open for lunch as well as dinner – do change every week, we can’t say exactly what’ll be available when you visit but, at the time of writing, mains from the supreme chef’s dinner menu included cinnamon ribs with osmanthus as well as stir-fried kimchi lobsters with mozzarella and a Korean rice cake. At Xi Yan Singapore, chef Jacky has redefined Chinese food to bring in other East Asian influences as well and the results are spectacular. You can’t dine here without a reservation, so don’t delay.
The staff is very fridendly and the food is great. The environment is Cosy. The serving size is just right. Service is very good. Will revisit again
