This place has potential. It is good location if you are like me in wanting somewhere a bit quieter, a bit off the beaten track compared to the busy, noisy venues. It’s in an industrial area, but direct bus to Tampines and short walk to Ubi MRT. They advertise a range of food a drink. Unfortunately on the Friday evening that I visited they had no vegetarian-suitable pies left and the remaining menu items are not helpful. They also had run out of most of the tap beers - just about scrapped out a final pint of the lychee larger. Otherwise it’s the Brewlander larger - which has a happy hour price until 7pm (some review sites indicate 8pm but it is actually 7pm). The staff allowed me to buy at the Happy Hour Price as I got there just in time. Unfortunately without vegetarian-suitable food (i.e. the Korma pie) there was a limit to how much I could safely drink, so I and my associate moved on to another venue after 1 pint. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is undercover and has fans, so not affected by rain or sun.

Tucked away in industrial area. Cosy ambience & food was pretty good. Ordered ribeye steak & chef beautifully sliced it nicely in medium rare for me. Price point was affordable too!

It was a great evening for our gathering at this restaurant. Inside seating capacity is limited. Enjoyed the great food. But most important, they have quite many types of craft beer which is amazing. Great place to wind down after work or have a small gathering with friends.
