Pricey but well worth the money spent. One of the few restaurants in Singapore that provides authentic Japanese food. Took my girlfriend and I back to our trips in Japan every single time we dine in at any Tomi outlet in Singapore.

This is certainly one of the better Japanese restaurants in Singapore. Price is much pricey though but you are getting good quality and well presentation dishes on plates, just like what you will find in Japan. Sashimi are thickly sliced. I like the Zaru soba for its chewy texture unlike most others. Highly recommended.

TOMI sushi is one of the most reasonably priced, quality Japanese restaurants in Singapore. Taste-wise it is comparable to many hotel Japanese restaurants. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Food was fine but not cheap. The service was pathetically mediocre. Waitresses were obviously instructed to clear customer’s food trays once they are done and not to refill customers’ green tea so as to get rid of them ASAP. At other restaurants, waitresses will politely ask to refill the tea cups without being asked but at this restaurants, waitresses look at the empty tea cups and walk away with an unhappy look. The restaurant wasn’t even filled to max capacity! Very disappointing. Won’t come again.

We had the gindara (cod fish) set meal. It was very delicious and healthy. It came with chawanmushi and a nice serving of salmon plus tuna sashimi.
