Slightly spicy, thinly sliced tender Diamantina rib eye, sautéed red & green peppers & onions, melted provolone cheese & mayo served on a soft sub roll with fries

Fried Shrimp Po' Boy Sandwich

Shrimp coated in our bayou heat seasoned batter, then fried golden & dressed with shredded lettuce, tomato & Louisiana remoulade on a soft bread roll with fries


Blackened Salmon

200gr salmon llet dusted with Southern spices & skillet cooked to medium, served with a side salad.

Beef Brisket

Diamantina grain fed, rubbed & hickory smoked, sliced thin & long, served with Memphis sauce (dark & spicy) on the side. Smoked for 14hrs.

Pork Ribs Thick Cut

Rubbed with seasoning & hickory smoked, then nished on the char grill where they’re mopped with our St. Louis style BBQ sauce (sweet & slightly spicy). Smoked for 6hrs.

Superb food in a relaxed atmosphere. Staff are friendly and attentive. Menu is easy to understand and your order is taken in a timely manner as is the turnaround of your meal. Simply a must!

Watched the food channel all day my mouth was salivating and was not disappointed when I arrived at The Smoke BBQ. Read a few bad reviews so naturally was a bit sceptical but boy was it good. Great service, Friendly Staff, Beautiful Food, Good Atmosphere altogether perfect BBQ experience. Even got to take home the leftovers for Brioche Buns today. Don't listen to the reviews and give it a go guys, everyone has a different opinion.

The Smoke is always a feast of Biblical portions, and something you should walk off for quite some kilometers! The place is small and the staff work hard and the quality of the food is consistent. I have been here many times and I have felt welcome but not to linger-it's not that sort of place as your seat is coveted by the next lot. In winter they have a bit more difficulty keeping the food warm, but nobody seemed to be bothered. The previous time I went it was Bastille Day, so I took a bottle of French wine but they quite firmly said no BYO. Hmm. Last night it was American Independance Day but there were no festivities to speak of, which I thought a bit sad. So, baseline, excellent, hearty food, service OK, venue OK, price OK. You should go.

I hadn't eaten there for about 6 years, and I always loved their ribs, slow cooked for 18 hours, so I was looking forward to enjoying a meal there... well... there were no beef or lamb ribs on the menu, sold out apparently, and I was there at 6.30pm... so I tried the pork ribs which unfortunately was very dry, in fact it was dried out and almost impossible to eat without washing it down with a beverage, which took forever to arrive, as did the main meal. The second round of drinks which I ordered at the conclusion of the entree didn't arrive until I'd almost finished the main course. It was also a very noisy place, akin to a German beer hall in October, hard to have a conversation with people only centimetres away. It was also considerably dearer than my last visit, too dear for what was on offer. So my candid opinion is, it's expensive, food was poor quality, the service was bad and it's not a nice quiet or relaxing environment to enjoy a meal. Very disappointed and won't be going back, will try out another rib restaurant in future.

The food is absolutely amazing. Meat tender and well flavoured. Chicken moist and perfect. Salad fresh. Chips coated in something crazy good. Try the cee-gars as a starter, they were amazing. 2 person indoor Tables a little too close together. Tables themselves are small. Not very good for dates. Very hard to have a conversation without being listened in on. Could hear every word from the table next to us. Be better with a larger group. We will try an outdoor table next time for even a small amount of privacy. Otherwise perfect

Fantastic food and fantastic service. I couldn't recommend The Smoke BBQ enough to anybody that loves authentic tasting American BBQ. David and his staff make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in and the experience doesn't change throughout your time there. We will back!

The restaurant is neat and tidy but in a worn condition. Some of the tables squeak and lean and the seats very worn. The food for the most part is very well cooked and flavoursome. Servings are quite large. The service we had was good. We didn't get interrupted every 5 minutes while we were in the middle of eating (which is a pet hate). They have doggy bags to take your left over food home. Wasn't too hard to find a park in a nearby street in the early hours of the night.
