More about The Marco Polo Kitchen, Singapore

The Marco Polo Kitchen is a family restaurant, but that is not to say that the team have abandoned the concept of chic dining in pursuit of this aim. The truth is quite the opposite, the dining room at this Jalan Indah eatery is awash of bared brick walls, utilitarian tables and chairs and muted lighting. The restaurant is contemporary and chic, without making families uncomfortable. The team aims to provide a wholesome dining experience with excellent food at the best value possible and they are delivering exactly that consistently.

The area around The Marco Polo Kitchen on Jalan Indah in Johor Bahru straddles an interesting point in the region’s history. The area is newly affluent and this means that the young people have largely Western-orientated palates while the older generation still prefers traditionally Asian dishes. As such, Marco Polo caters to both groups, offering discretely Italian and discretely Asian dishes – meaning it is the obvious choice for families. Marco Polo is open daily from 11.30am (11am at weekends). The restaurant practices a strict no pork, no meat, no alcohol policy.
