The Hitsuji Club in Singapore is the only eatery in Circular Road’s bustling hood to specialise in Jingisukan. For those in the dark about this traditional dish, Jingisukan is a Hokkaido style BBQ where lamb or mutton and veggies are cooked over a specialty grill. The Hitsuji Club carefully source their high-quality lamb direct from Hokkaido in Japan, with a selection of fresh vegetables, salad, rice, noodles, and typical Japanese snacks to accompany the star of the show. What’s more, each table is fitted with its own grill, providing a uniquely fun and interactive experience for you and your guests to cook the feast to your preferred perfection. An interesting array of Japanese sake, wine, whisky and beer is also available.

Great food and service. Best lamb I had in singapore.
Hot, tender meat/vege cooked personally by the chef in front of you. Delicious small portions of "snacks" supposed to be eaten with beer (they have quite a number of choices). On the high end of $$, but very popular among native japanese emphasizing the authenticity (we were the only singaporeans there that night). There are only 3 chefs if I observed correctly, and the space is pretty limited - 7 teppanyaki-style seats and approximately other 20 seats (?) - so get a reservation if you'd really like to try it. Definitely a restaurant to go back to! :)
